Very clean and organized the house, good location, close to great beaches. Great reception, hosts gave tips on places in the city to know, how to get there, and events that would happen on the date I went. I highly recommend, I would go again without a second thought!!

Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house has a very strong mold, the house is very humid and the bedding smells like mold, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll come back more often

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

I loved the space! Sauna, swimming pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is brief, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. They were very nice days.

Recanto dos Girassóis is a wonderful place! Me and my family were very well received. The bungalow is extremely cozy, everything is new, clean and extremely organized. Leonardo and Sandra are incredible people, super attentive and receptive, we felt at home, our immense gratitude for the days of our stay. It is worth visiting, and even strolling, because there are incredible beaches nearby. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Bacutia and Peracanga beaches by car, and for those who like to walk, it is also very close. It has parking and a court next door to play volleyball, a leisure area with a pool to enjoy a lot and a pool table, we are already looking forward to returning soon.

The building is new and very beautiful. Very close to Bacutia beach, one of the best and most popular in Guarapari. Swimming pool and sauna available to guests. Apartment with a bedroom and large living room!!! Kitchen equipped to meet your needs. It was a wonderful stay!

The stay was just me and my husband, but it can easily accommodate 4 people. The barbecue and pool area was very good, the Wi-Fi was also very good, it didn't even drop with rainy weather, my husband was able to work online perfectly. There is no water filter (maybe it would be good to put one) but we went to the market that was close and everything worked out too! We will definitely return on another occasion with a more favorable climate to use the pool! The place is very quiet and pleasant to rest!

I found some treats that were coffee and refined sugar and even a Melita paper filter with a strainer and coffee maker. I also won the personal hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap that I took as a souvenir. The apartment has an electronic lock with a password, and inside we can add another lock to sleep peacefully with the certainty that no one will be able to open the door. Everything was very tasteful and clean. I have nothing to complain about. May God multiply and prosper Matheus. Amen.

The apartment is far beyond what is in the listing, super clean, large, spacious, many kitchen items, everything new, the location is wonderful, just down that is already on the beach! The feeling of being home, so good it is the apartment! One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!
