Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

At the private mill pond, you can float on the water with a raft, cool off in the specially created swimming pond, or play sports on the volleyball field.

Escape alone, for couples or cozy gatherings with friends - our adults only former farm estate in a secluded location offers the perfect setting. The "fisherman's cottage" is located directly on the waterfront and the sunbathing area. You are surrounded by nature and animals - countless wild birds (some of them nest in the beams, we even have turret falcons), ducks, chickens, geese, peacocks... dogs, cats and horses are also among the residents.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a cozy, fully furnished apartment close to Bad Rodach. The location is quiet and rural. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area to explore nature. At the front door, we have set up an exchange shelf where everyone can take a souvenir for free. Many shops, a gas station, a thermal bath, bakery and café are about 6 km away, in Bad Rodach.
