Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The recreational area "Kirdorfer Feld", a supermarket, a bakery and restaurants are nearby. Bad Homburg offers a thermal bath, a pedestrian zone (Louisenstrasse) and the spa park.

The bus stop is right outside the door, as well as a supermarket, a food market and many different restaurants. The parks, castle and shopping mile are within walking distance. The rooms are newly furnished and each has a TV. You can relax on the balcony with outdoor light.
