The Apartment (house half, 128 sq.m./outskirts Wüsting), surrounded by an enchanting artist garden with private entrance u. Terrace. Large eat-in kitchen & fireplace room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

We offer this special and comfortably furnished upper floor apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Sehr schöne und frisch sanierte Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen in Bremerhaven. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man erreicht die Havenwelten und die Innenstadt. Eine Sauna & eine Whirlpoolwanne laden zum entspannen ein. 2 Große Boxspringbetten bieten genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet nochmals Platz für bis zu 2 Personen. Ein KFZ Stellplatz ist in der dazugehörigen Tiefgarage vorhanden. (Mittelklasse PKW maximal). Diese Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the swimming pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Sit back and feel comfortable at this quiet, stylish place, completed in the summer of 2022. Hiking through the national park nds. Wadden Sea with the Langwarder Groden, watching fish butterflies in Fedderwardersiel and then you relax in the infrared sauna. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with box spring bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a wallbox for e-cars. Storage for bicycles or charging facilities can be found in the barn.
