Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Baden District

Alexander was a great host, let us check in early and gave us an iron to use. Good location near a grocery store and very close to a bus stop to get into the city center easily. The balcony was a nice feature. Kitchen was well equipped to make coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Martin nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket.Mindent megmutatott,elmagyarázott.Ezután körbevezetett bennünket az épület komplexumban.Kérdés esetén bizalommal fordulhattunk hozzá.A környék szép,gyönyörűen parkosított,a medence is szuper. Az autót letehettük a mélygarázsban így ingyen parkolhattunk. Az U4 metro kb. 10 perc sétára volt a szállástól.Így egy rövid séta után a metroval kényelmesen elértük a belvárost(Sweden platz).A Schönbrunn palace is ezen a vonalon(U4) van.

It is 15 minutes or so in to Vienna on the U3 metro line and is so convenient. Great views from apartment Read Demi’s description to understand that it is a new listing but I really liked it Thanks

Das Apartment war wirklich klasse, vor allem wenn man doch etwas Privatsphäre haben will. Die Lage ist wirklich top, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Sauberkeit möchte ich wirklich hervorheben. Alles top! Gerne wieder 🤗

The room was pretty and cozy. Location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk from the station. The host was friendly. I especially enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning—it was such a nice and relaxing way to start the day. I’d love to stay here again!

Perfect place, very well connected to the city center, very close to the train station too. The host has been very kind and reactive. I recommend it!

Lovely clean apartment. Spacious. Nice amenities. Complete kitchen. Nice balcony, unfortunately no nice view but that was not promised so according to the description. Bery resposive and friendly host. Comfortable bedroom. Separate work room, which was good as this was a workation. Vienna center easily accessible using public transport. Good wifi. Will probably return, time permitting. All good, very positive experience. Castelletto and Felmayers are nice restaurants close by.

Very easy to find, and also very clear instructions. The place was clean and very nice.

Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Ausflüge in und außerhalb Wiens perfekt gelegen aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das bedeutet auch, dass der Zuglärm zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Schön ist auch, das es im Wohnkomplex einen kleinen Spielplatz und Fitnessraum gibt. Judit ist schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr praktisches und gemütliches Apartment, mit allem was man braucht :) Gute Lage zur U1 und schöne, lebendige Umgebung (Neubauviertel :)). Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super unkompliziert und sympathisch.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort weil wir in der Nähe einer Geburtstagsfeier hatten die Unterkunft von Frank war per dafür geeignet und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich kommunikativ und schnell erreichbar wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder danke dafür

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

I’m blown away by Vic’s hospitality and the huge effort she made to make my son and his friend have a great stay!! Communication up to was great, and made me feel at ease for them boys traveling alone:) Vic drove them and picked them up at the festival venue, and she baked for them!! I’m so excited about everything, that I think I need to go myself!! Thank you so much, Vic, for being an absolute perfect host!!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Villa von Anna und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett von ihrem Mann empfangen und es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und im Garten ist es immer etwas kühler als "draußen", was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Der See ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt, auch Supermärkte und Restaurant sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Kommunikation mit Anna war super und sie war immer erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Danke für den wunderschönen erholsamen Aufenthalt!

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

A szállás minden igényünket kielégítette. A ház rendkívül tiszta,otthonos. Minden megtalálható benne,amire szükségünk lehet. A szállásadók nagyon barátságosak,kedvesek. Jártunk már néhány helyen,de ilyen tökéletes szálláson még nem:)

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein Treffen unter Freundinnen gebucht. Herrlich, am Morgen für einen Kaffee oder nach einem Tag in Wien im Garten zu sitzen. Es war ausreichend Platz. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Macy und ihre Mama.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Villa ist super ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
