This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but still close to local spots and attractions. The view was amazing, especially during sunrise/sunset. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Alegria

Best beach front accommodation. The beach is literally a few steps from the gate. It is also close to the turtle and sardine run (5 min drive). The house is perfect and has all the things you need. Rooms are quite big as well. We enjoyed grilling our food using their griller and they have all things you need. Ate Lisa the caretaker is a gem. The hosts are very responsive to my queries and very helpful. Overall a 10/10.

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

I made a reservation on Airbnb and 10 people stayed at the villa. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and I am willing to choose here for the next time. It is super clean and new, and everything is well equipped. It has four rooms with individual bathrooms. Each room has two beds, one couch, and kitchen. Dishes and cutlery are clean. It was good to have a night supper beer and mango! They provide water dispensers and towels. They have terrace that I can dry my wetsuit and bathing suit. The view is insane at the terrace at second floor!☀️☀️

My colleagues and I rented this house for 2 days and we loved our stay. We liked the clean rooms and linens. There's also a karaoke which we enjoyed the most before going to bed. Ma'am Grace is a super host. She went above and beyond just to accommodate our requests. Her sister who keeps the house clean greeted us when we arrived and we are thankful for her assistance. The house is approx 10- minute away from the beach so it's best if you could bring your own car.

Absolutely loved my stay! This Airbnb is a peaceful escape, Idea for unwinding and getting away from it all. Highly recommend for a stress-free get away! The Host is fantastic, making the stay even better. Super friendly and accommodating their hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. It's totally worth the travel. it really lives up to its name! We all had a great time! what a perfect way to end our weekend getaway!

Pros: Two seat recliner sofa was awesome. A/C worked great. Big smart TV perfect. Excellent WiFi. Clean. And cleaned again every 4 days. Spacious. Bed very firm, but was comfortable with the chipped foam pillows. Two nightstands. Filtered water provided. Close to the main road, but set back enough it's quiet at night. Pretty grounds. Part of a hostel, which has pros and cons. Terrific staff. Sherry and Audrey were exceptional. Reception open 24/7. Community activities. Free coffee at the bar. Cons: It's dated and worn. The doorknob & lock were very insecure. The hole for the knob was too big and it has a piece of wood bracing it. The knob has a push-button lock. No deadbolt. No privacy chain, and this door leads directly outside. Sheet and blanket much too small for the bed and too short to cover your feet. Door to bathroom is an aluminum storm door like would be on the outside of a house. It won't stand open and springs closed. No bathroom fan. No hand towels.

Had an amazing stay at Jessa’s place. Very peaceful getaway in Moalboal, professional and friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. The property and its surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful.

Great location, 2 mins away from the beach! Close to a lot of restaurants. Looks better than the photos, so spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedroom and kitchen/living room area have aircon. There is also a place to hang your wet clothes outside. There are 2 kuyas downstairs that help you with whatever you need. Thank you Lily, Kuya Nal and Kuya Jun! Definitely recommend this place 😊

The room and the whole property were very clean and will maintained. Charlie and everyone else were very friendly. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is in a side street. Very quiet and central at the same time. We enjoyed our days and would surely come back :-)

We loved staying at Flordelita’s place. If we go back to Moalboal soon, I will definitely book and stay at this place again. Private and very serene, walkable from the center of Panagsama Moalboal and near to everything. Exceptional communication as well with the Host, kudos!

Wifi it isn't very reliable nor fast. But good room, ok location. Booked activities are a little overpriced. Other activity buddies coming from other places paid ~25% less but it's good that it exists and still happy I booked it.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

Had a great stay in Cebu! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also convenient and definitely recommendable for anyone visiting the area. Would gladly stay here again!

AllyXander has been one of the great Hosts I've stayed on an Airbnb so far. Auntie Mercy who helped us checked in and out is a very nice person who maintained the place in very good condition. We've enjoyed our stay during 1st of January. Guards are very welcoming and very helpful in finding the place for us. Recommended for family who's planning to have some small games in the listing like pinot henyo.

We had a great time at Cozys place, she was very nice and helpful. Only good things to say about this place.

No question the place is great and clean. The only downside is the check in process is very redundant, host asking to fill up form for the names of the guest which you fill out and upload everyone's ID. Then the guard from the entrance of the location will also ask you to fill out all names of all the guest, after that another guard from the building where the unit is located will also ask you write all names again. The keycard of the main door, I don't know if it's defective or not but it took us almost an hour to enter and figure it out. it not like the ordinary keycard that you just tap and open. you need to try different angle and swipe in order to work. Overall the place is very clean and we'll maintained. recommend.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Very happy with this place. Good location, less than 15 minutes from the beach. Maisie’s communication was excellent, and the apartment was clean, spacious and felt safe. Overall cannot fault it, especially for the price!!

Definitely a great find! We enjoyed our short stay but would love to book this unit again. Cherie is very helpful and even had someone fix the wifi, right away! The place is very spacious and have everything we need. Thank you!

If given the chance, I would definitely stay here over and over again! So glad to have found this gem. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sir Al's place. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped with kitchen appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, toiletries, linens, towels, potable water, coffee, all essentials you name it! The location was perfect, within walking distance to Banawa Road but if you have kids or too many things to cary, best option would be motorcycle or taxi. Sir Al was incredibly helpful and responsive. My family enjoyed the balcony with a view, very cozy ang place. Peaceful even. Amenities felt like your own private things. Even the elevator. Ang fireworks sa Sinulog kay atbang rajd kaayo like grabe wala gani ko ka take pic or video kay na amaze ko sa akong view. Safe ug welcoming pd kaayo and place tungod sa mga Guard on duty. Too perfect to gatekeep. Highly recommended.
