My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at a fantastic Airbnb villa in Goa. Situated on the main road, the villa is new, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Its prime location offered easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any minor issues or queries we had. All amenities listed were available and functioning perfectly. The villa featured three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. Our overall experience was excellent. The host's attentiveness and the villa's superb condition made our stay memorable. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. This villa is a top choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Goa. We're already looking forward to our next trip and will stay here again. Highly recommended!

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We'd love to come back again!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this beautiful property in Assagao, Goa. The location was perfect everything we needed was close by. The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and the daily cleaning was done without any disturbance. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

We were 4 families who opted to stay at Villa Mitra. The services offered were unmatched. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the place a lot. Sanjay, Rajkumar and Rajni were extremely helpful. The prices for the cooking service were also very reasonable. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, spotless rooms and a sparkling pool that became the highlight of our afternoons/evenings. The location is perfect, peaceful and private. Communication with Mr Kamal was seamless, he is always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend Villa Mitra to any group looking for comfort and convenience. We look forward to coming back again!

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

Mitu treated us like a friend from the day of booking. The property was easy to find and neat and clean. The host surprised us with Early Checkin & Late CheckOut during Monsoon season. She also tried to find cook for us since ours was a big group. Perfect for 6-8 people. We cooked maggi as well as made tea ourselves since the kitchen was equipped. Mobile network can be issue but they have good wifi around the property. Everyone loved the place and cleanliness. Thank you for making our stay memorable. 🙏

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Morjim for two nights to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The villa has stunning, spread-out outdoor spaces with open views that make it feel so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—ideal for both kids and adults. A special shoutout to our host, Amrapali, who was personally present and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She even arranged a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more special. We had a lovely time and would absolutely love to stay here again. Amazing to have stayed in Bharti’s and Vijay’s place. Located at a prime location and very close to most of the happening places in North Goa. Hosts were always responsive and suggested many places well in advance to us so that we can have a great time. The property is very quiet and sets the vibe just right for anyone visiting with their friends. Will recommend to everyone in the future!

Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

I recently stayed at Emerald Villa, and the experience was truly amazing. It’s the perfect place to bring your family for a relaxing vacation. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for — a smart TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and even a Google Home system that made everything so convenient. The beautiful garden, accessible directly from one of the bedrooms, added so much charm to our stay. The recliner sofas were a great touch, providing a cozy, homely vibe that made us feel right at home, even while being away. The breathtaking view from the balcony was simply the cherry on top! Special thanks to our wonderful host Anya. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy for us. Her hospitality truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend visiting the Villa at least once in your lifetime. It’s a perfect getaway that feels like a home away from home!

Rahul and Rohit were very easy to reach and extremely helpful. The villa itself is well appointed and has great design indoor and outdoor. It was a pleasure staying here for us and we hope to return soon. Any issues were quickly addressed by the team on site.

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)
