Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Place is amazing, very peaceful and private with incredible view. Host is very responsive and helpful. Caretaker is a wonderful person who was more than happy to assist in every way with great local knowledge and advice, can arrange any activities etc. Will certainly recommend and hope to visit again.

Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

breath taking. I cancelled plans and spent a whole day doing nothing but enjoying that back yard, the landscape, pool and views. Ocean sounds are peaceful while the birds sing. the breeze is heavily. 5 star service from the host. surprisingly close to Stone town which was great but secluded location that is unique and private. great villa to stay in Zanzibar.

My first stay in Dar es Salaam, I found this home to have everything I needed, it is close to shops and restaurants, I would recommend having a car or scooter to get around. The pool was awesome and bed was comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at Victors place. He welcomed me with some amazing pilau to which I really enjoyed. Communication is quick and easy, Victor is also very friendly and a wonderful host. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Dar.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and the warm hospitality of the host. The private pool was a dream, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the complimentary breakfast on the spacious terrace each morning. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the meals prepared with local ingredients Highly recommended—we can't wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at Diana’s place! Diana was a fantastic host – she always responded quickly and had great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Her helpfulness made the trip even better. A big thank you also to Emmanuel, who assisted with several errands and was super kind and accommodating. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute bike ride to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing spot with great hospitality. Would definitely book again!

The stay with Kurtis was incredible. The place was absolutely beautiful (a real paradise). We truly felt at home. Kurtis was extremely responsive to everything we needed. We stayed for a month and worked remotely from the home with no problems at all. A great getaway for the digital nomad or someone wanting to disconnect from it all. 6 stars if I could give that. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, thanks in no small part to Haika, who was a truly wonderful host! She was extremely responsive, providing timely information that made our arrival and stay seamless. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and truly made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Every amenity was exactly as advertised, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dar. Highly recommend!

During my stay, I found the accommodation to be excellent value for money. The host was responsive and ensured my safety. Benon, in particular, was very helpful in setting up transportation using Uber and bolt and also provided advice on where to tour while in the city. The privacy was great cause Ben was always at work. The plunge pool was a convenient amenity for relaxing in the evenings, especially given the hot weather in Dar es Salaam. However, I did notice that the kitchen cabinets could use some renovation. Additionally, theres a generator but loud when in use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.” 😊

Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

Beautiful and cozy apartment at a very centre of Stowntown, with a balcony where you can have a chill time

I did a sleepover to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday with my friends and a time was absolutely had!!! I genuinely enjoyed the stay, the experience and will definitely book again for my birthday or something like that.

Tumi is a great host she was busy at work when I checked in but she always made time to ensure I had a smooth checkin. The place is secure, quiet and quite easy to reach if your using bolt/ Uber. I had a peacefull stay and will definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks Tumi😊

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in on air bnb since being in Tanzania. Good value for the money. The decor is great, and location is convenient if you want to be close to the airport. Even outside the lodging is decent, with the complex itself being new. Overall great place

We love staying at Adnan’s place! This is our second trip to Zanzibar. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Our flights got bumped coming in and going out and they went out of their way to help our family. They also helped us arrange a taxi to pick us up at the airport and gave us great taxi recommendations while in country. We enjoyed eating veggies from the garden. The property is very peaceful! We love that it’s outside of town but not too far from town. We will definitely stay here again when in Zanzibar.
