Completely renovated and fresh, this small 2-room apartment is very modern and functional. 10-minute walk to Skarpnäck subway station, direct access to soccer fields and green areas. Lovely four room apartment (75 square meter) only 15 minutes by subway to Old Town in Stockholm and only 13 minutes with the subway to Skanstull which is the SoFo of Stockholm. The subway is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on 1st floor with an elevator and a big sunny balcony. Also very close to nature reserves with lakes and forests. Child-friendly area with cozy playground. Only a few meters to food stores, restaurants and a karaoke bar.
