Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Soggiorno piacevole e pacifico. Casa particolare e suggestiva, letto comodo e terrazzo ampio e grazioso. Ci hanno fatto fatto compagnia tanti mici del paese che hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più gradevole. Caleb è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto per il check in anticipato.

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

Casa molto bella vista lago, siamo stati bene. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma ci aveva avvisato anche se per una notte va bene. Se si prenota in 4 invece le due camere matrimoniali sono ottime anche per più giorni di permanenza con letti comodi.

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

Were were a party of five and had a true Umbrian experience at Nicolette's place. Communication was excellent and she was quick to respond to any questions. Recommendations for restaurants and experiences were great. We used several. The House - spacious, well appointed, charming! Pass through the vineyards and the woods to the house on the hills with the incredible view. We even saw wild boar crossing the road one night on the way back. We enjoyed the pool every day, swimming with the most incredible view of the Umbrian hills and gardens. I really can't say enough. Location was perfect for day trips to other areas and 10 minutes to the old city centre. Thank you Nicoletta for a truly beautiful experience. Tracy

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Eines der schönstens AirBnBs, welches wir je besucht haben! Alessandro ist sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Man hat einen tollen Garten mit fantastischer Aussicht! Für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen wollen, die perfekte Unterkunft. Kann das AirBnB von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Casa ben oltre le aspettative, zona molto tranquilla, circondata da persone molto gentili. La casa in sé è molto meglio che nelle foto,molto Luminosa, la cucina offre tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno, l area sala da pranzo comomoda e ampia, le camere da letto spaziosi, i bagni confortevoli e ben organizzati. Tutta la casa si presenta ben pulita e con l aggiunta di accessori come sapone, lavatrice, materiale per pulire, che rendono l'accoglienza come a casa. Raffaella è splendida, gentilissima, pronta ad aiutare e consigliare, subito reattiva nelle risposte e a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti. Non dimentichiamo il bellisismo terrazzo e l ampio giardino fornito di una ampia piscina che ho avuto il piacere di poter provare. Fastello è una piccola frazione vicina a moltissime aree di cultura e a montegrotto che offre tutto. Inoltre la fermata del bus è a pochi passi. Alloggiare qui è stato un vero piacere.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Wow- this place is incredible. This place was outside the budget that we set for accommodation, but we would book it all over again in a heartbeat. It's more of a 5-star hotel experience than an airbnb. The property is stunning, and full of gardens, flowers and fig trees. The view over the hills towards Orvieto is something you could stare at all day. The room is serviced (meaning your bed is made) and the room restocked with cold drinks and fresh towels daily. The infinity pool looks out of the best view and has amazing loungers and you can order snacks and drinks right to the pool. They owner is an incredible chef and they offer a dinner service most nights. The food is exceptional. You can go into town and spend less for great italian comfort food, but if you are interested in creative, elevated dining, it's a great experience. The staff are so warm and welcoming and there at any moment if you need something. Also - breakfast is included and is AMAZING. We'll be back soon!

The house is so unique, perched on the edge of the tufa cliffs. It is also very beautiful and comfortable—and the excavations beneath the house are fascinating. It is also very private and quiet as it is situated in the quiet end of town. We were able to easily walk to the museums and the Duomo and the stunning San Giovenale church is just around the corner. Giovanni provided a list of restaurants and we were never disappointed with his recommendations. The house manager, Paolo, is very friendly and responsive but he speaks very little English. Thank goodness for Google Translator!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Die Aussicht war beeindruckend, das sitzen auf Terrasse wunderschön, die Tipps von Cristina hilfreich und gut. Das Bett war für uns perfekt, da es angenehm fest ist und die Wohnung ist großzügig .Toll!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alessandro ist ein super netter Typ. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick ist einmalig und das kleine Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Es war einfach ein toller Urlaub und wir haben uns dort wie Zuhause gefühlt

Very convenient location. Steps to the Duomo. Very clean and the bed was the best. Close to lots of excellent restaurants. A beautiful city which is not busy after 4-5 PM. A great place to kick back and relax with help from a gracious host and her assistant.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement/maison à 3 minutes du centre d'Orvieto. Extrêmement paisible. La petite cour dans la verdure avec les chaises longues est agréable. La maison et le quartier ont du charme. Ayez quand même en tête que si vous êtes trois personnes, le couple dans la chambre du fond est obligé de passer par la pièce où se trouve le lit à une place pour aller dans le reste de l'appartement et en particulier dans la salle d'eau. Cela peut être un problème. Accueil ponctuel et sympatique de Camilla. Nombreuses adresses de restaurants et recommandations de visites touristiques.

Všechno v pořádku. Ačkoli je okolí nabité možnostmi výletů, lze na této chatě jen tak pohodově odpočívat a koukat do dáli. Ideálně venku. Diego je milý ubytovatel.
