Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

The little extras such as the sheets and linen provided, as well as the special touches upon our arrival, were much appreciated. Very functional accommodation, everything is done to pleasantly welcome visitors. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsule, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and the view was amazing. Well equipped and having the use of a bike is such a bonus.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally located, in a quiet environment, while being close to the center and the sea.

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. Great location for visiting Mont St Michel and we enjoyed the restaurants and walking on the beach nearby. Good set up for kids with plenty to keep them entertained!

Tastefully decorated cottage, sumptuous garden. A very peaceful and calm place. Hostesses are very attentive. We had a great weekend with our dog who was able to enjoy the garden. Thanks for everything! We'll be happy to go back.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about ten minutes' walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
