Not bad, good service, just the hydraulic power to improve, not enough.The A/C in the big room requires increased horsepower.Everything else is pretty good and will come again.

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. I have no comments with the facilities they provided us. Overall is good. Homely home stay I will come back again!!:)

This house really can fit in fifteen ppl family. My family and I all enjoy this place to stay. The house is also beautiful and all bedroom and living room are the same as the photo and the description. We all enjoy our holidays at there. Thank you.

This is our first time visit Kuching . Tan’s place have give us a feel like home. We can have a good rest at a very clean and peaceful environment. The place is also very easy to find and have a shopping mall and some shop that can buy groceries and food that need. We can also wash the clothes, Tan’s has provides detergent. Besides that , there’s also a water dispenser which have hot , warm and cold water to drink . The house also has water pump, you can have a good shower. Wifi is also have strong coverage for the whole house.

Everything is good. I'll choose here again next time.

A very comfortable stay and strategic location

The car park near the elevator is very convenient, private room, free parking provided. Very satisfying. Will come again next time.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic - close to everything we needed while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in the area!

Lee's place looked like it was pictured. It was very clean and stylish. The place is about 30 minutes walk from the waterfront.

This is the first time I've stayed in a listing other than a hotel, and it's a great experience. I chose this place because I have my own private parking space. The family is also very satisfied and has been clamoring to stay here again the next time they go to Kuching.😄

It’s a rare find for a place to have 3 bedrooms with total of 7 queen beds! Very spacious, very comfortable for a big family stay. It is in the same building with the Vivacity mall, so if you need anything, the mall downstairs got everything. The place just feels like home. Recommended for families or those who travels in groups. Thanks Hon & Jane for fast responses all through out the stay.

A place close to all the amenities available. Below the mall. It's easy to get a Grab because it's in the city.

We had a very comfortable one-night stay — the place felt homely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully done, giving it a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with a short cab ride away to both Kuching airport and the Waterfront. It’s a great option for families, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a short or even extended stay in the area.. 5/5 .

It's very pleasant experience staying there. Everything is good (Ads description accurate, Cleaning space, easy communication, plenty of cooking wares provided.................). It would be better if the TV can provide some live news channels ( local or international) besides YouTube. But overall it is a great place to stay.

Strategic location and many amenities nearby.

The condo is like home away from home during our 2 weeks stay. Management was very responsive and attended our requests immediately. The place is very quiet, clean and very peaceful. We will definitely come back again when we next visit Kuching again.
