The largest supermarket of Estepona is just a few hundred meters away. If you come by car, the property offers free community parking. The modern 2-bedroom house is located in a quiet community, built around a beautiful garden with a large community pool (open from April to October) and direct access to the sea. From the gate in the garden, you can step onto the coastal path - the foot and bicycle path that connects all Costa del Sol. The residence allows for a comfortable living for 4 adults and two children (on folding beds).
