Our stay was simply wonderful! The apartment exceeded all expectations. The quality of the condominium is impeccable, with an infrastructure that guarantees comfort and safety. The atmosphere is extremely quiet and perfect for those looking for a place to rest and relax. The place is excellent for children. The condominium offers an amazing leisure area as a playground and swimming pool. The apartment is very well equipped, with an excellent structure. The kitchen has everything you need, which makes it much easier for those who prefer to prepare meals. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as is in the pictures, the host was your sister Veronica, very attentive. The location itself of the Poço beach found it great, easy access and offers varied typical foods. The ap is close to the mall, but by car! No others was a great stay and yes we can return. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the beach and several commercial points such as a bakery, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The property is brand new, everything is very well taken care of and very clean. I like it a lot and I will come back more often.

Perfect!!! I felt at home! I stayed 1 month in the apartment and simply loved it! Marcos responds super fast, very friendly and flexible, Mauricio (trustee and who received me) tb was very friendly and helpful. The apt is very good, everything new, super ventilated and cozy, the view is spectacular and the beach is very good. For those who like a quiet beach, without many waves and without much muvuca, it is perfect. But it also has Lovina very close by, which is a beach club. Only thing is that it is located a little away from larger markets, but condominium has a mini market that super helps. Super was worth it, I definitely recommend!

A modern apartment, all of very good taste and new, especially comfortable beds and all the amenities working perfectly!! Both Karina and Marina are excellent hosts!!! I highly recommend this property to come with family and/or friends.

We love the apartment and the condominium. Everything clean, organized, modern and complete. I felt at home! The condominium is wonderful for the children and also very organized. The beach in front is great for bathing and the condominium offers sunshine, table and chairs. We recommend and will return with certainty. The owner was very solicitous and available for some eventuality. Gerusa ( recepcionou) is very friendly and attentive.

We recommend it to anyone who might be interested in getting to know João Pessoa, an incredible city with many tours to do. We had a great welcome from Marinaldo, who gave us all the information about the city. The place where we stayed was in accordance with the photos, clean, airy, cozy, with a pool, gym and an incredible view of the sea. We are grateful to Mr. Marinaldo for the kindness with which he received us.

The experience was excellent, even in a short stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: new, well-equipped and very comfortable. Check-in was practical, with clear and precise instructions. The location of the apartment is one of the best in the condominium. The condominium is super well structured, clean and organized. The structures and accommodations inside the apartment are perfect and as described in the listing . The tenant always responds to requests and takes the necessary steps in to make hosting the best possible .

Andre was always quick to respond. we had an issue with the AC and he had it 100% Resolved within 24 hours! Awesome service. we will not hesitate to stay here again. the swimming pools here are awesome and the beach is very swimmable. Good sand. Thanks Andre! we loved it here.

Great place to rest. Condomínio super complete and facing the sea. Beach is wonderful, clean, little mess, hot water, very safe. The apartment is very spacious, all air-conditioned, a delight. You just need to improve the linen, better sheets, towels and others. I'll be back for sure !!!!
