House with 2 bedrooms and a living room ideal for families, overlooking the Douro River. Good solar lighting, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and playstation and covered terrace for meals and leisure. The house is located on a farm with vineyards, fruit trees, aromatic herbs and a vegetable garden. On the farm, there is an infinity pool and a tree house that delights children. Nearby is the House of Eça de Queiroz, the Paths of Jacinto, the Arêgos Thermal Baths and the Douro River.

Schist stone is a natural material used in traditional buildings in the Douro region, which is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This small house, where each window opens onto the river, was rebuilt with this assumption in mind, to be faithful to the original materials and the simplicity of the rooms. The house is completely independent and distant from the other two cabins, Casa da Oliveira and Casa da Videira, but the pool is shared with the guests of the cabins.

Fantastic option to relax in nature, in a quiet and historic village, about 5 minutes from Ermida station. 1st Floor: Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room also with sofa. Toilet with bathtub. Two bedrooms, one double and one single with TV. Air conditioning. 2nd Floor: Double bedroom. A living room with TV and another bathroom with a toilet.
