Ideally located in the heart of Le Papillon, this pleasant two-room apartment has all the comforts you need to welcome you after a day at the beach or hiking. Close to Parc des Mamelles and its beautiful rivers, you will also be 20 minutes from the beaches of Grande Terre. In a residential area, you have at the end of the street, bakery, supermarket, rotisserie, pharmacy and medical center. The 25 m² studio includes a double bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 walk-in shower, toilet, and a small terrace with its furniture. Chairs and beach mats are at your disposal, on request. Located 7 minutes from Destreland Shopping Center and Jarry, 13 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, 17 minutes from "Datcha" Beach (Gosier), 14 minutes from Viard Beach and Lézard River and 30 minutes from Sainte-Anne.
