This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless and spacious. It had everything needed to enjoy the space. The neat and clean design of the apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional. Overall we enjoyed staying at the apartment immensely. Would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing. Katie was kind enough to prepare the jacuzzi for us as we were tired of driving 8+ hours during our roadtrip so it was a great relaxing time there. Also, had a great chat with Katie who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely come back again on our way back home from this roadtrip!

This was the best airbnb I have stayed at. The place was spotless and even bigger than the pictures depicted. So comfortable and the location is perfect, walkable and surrounded by restaurants. If you are staying in Arlington, this place is worth it!! The host was kind and all my questions were answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I am in the city!

AirBNB was nice and well kept, looked exactly like the photos. The walls are kind of thin, but it was a good location, price, and the bed was nice and cozy. I would stay again! No complaints.

We really appreciated the Keurig coffee as well as cold waters that were in the refrigerator when we arrived The house was very clean and tidy, and it was the perfect space for Helene's The one caveat is that there is enough room in the driveway for one car. Any additional cars needed to be parked on the street, but the street signs indicate that there is no parking Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. That meant our second car needed to park about a block away. It certainly was not terrible, just unexpected. Excellent communication with the hosts. Really appreciated how quick the responses were. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect for my short stay in DC! The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. I appreciated the clear check-in instructions and quick responses from the hosts whenever I had a question. The stocked fridge was also a nice touch that I appreciated after a long drive! Would definitely recommend.

So, I actually purchased this as a gift for a love niece of mine and her husband. I live in Tennessee, so I will say that the communication with Janine made me feel comfortable to put my total faith that things would go smoothly. Apparently, they did: Per my niece: "My husband and I stayed at the Happy Tree House for our babymoon. The space was very clean and tidy. The backyard was my favorite part! As well as the comfortable bed. Janine took great care of us and was very proactive. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Alexandria area."

The place was beautiful. Bathroom was newly renovated. The neighborhood is comfortable. No reserve parking but street parking is very east. All and all i had good experience. No washer and dryer and it made me rethink if I really need those 2 bulky stuffs.

We had a great week at Maya’s place. It was like “old school” Airbnb in the best possible ways: a friendly host that meets you and shows you in, random food in the pantry and fridge to snack on, coffee and tea on hand, shampoo in the bathroom. I miss those days! The location was convenient with many restaurants to choose from and 2 metro stops within an easy walk. Comfortable furniture and bed in the unit. Clean. Kitchen well equipped for basic cooking, including a sharp knife (a rarity in Airbnb’s). Plentiful parking in the secure garage under the building. We would definitely return next time we need a place in Ballston!

This accommodation was so nice and exactly what the pictures looked like! The kitchen was our favorite part, it was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals and was very clean. Arsham was a great host as well, they were very responsive and proactive with check in and check out and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly.

Zoe had everything set up as described and my brother and mother felt comfortable along with our two dogs! There was a moment we had accidentally locked ourselves out and Zoe was quick to help and respond, would definitely return! Close to the city and a nice parking spot to allow us to be worry free too!

Nice location just off Main Street.

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

Quiet location close enough to walk to all the action. We enjoyed our stay! Kid friendly- toddler loved playing with the doll house and reading the books! Thanks Kelly!

This is my second stay and it was great once again. The apartment is perfect for one person and is a great place to hang out when you don’t want to be out enjoying all of the Ballston area restaurants. I’ll be back.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and comfortable, and within walking distance from metro station. It was everything that we needed. Thank you for having us and can’t wait to be back in the future!

The check in was a little cumbersome, but all worked out in the end. The unit was great, clean and in a perfect location for us and our event at the Gaylord.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

This was a lovely Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was thoughtfully appointed, featuring a basket in the bathroom for miscellaneous items that guests often forget. The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. We had no trouble finding parking nearby, which is an ever-present concern when staying in Washington, DC. The hosts anticipated the guests' every need and were very responsive to the few questions that we had. The back of the unit has a charming back balcony, and the location was super convenient to the townhouse of our son, daughter-in-law, and their two little boys. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb!
