Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Peacefull house and garden nearby town centre (5mn walk), its spectacular view of the Mediterranean and Sundown will charm you. Following a barbecue on the terrace, you will appreciate the tree garden for sunny or shadow nap or family activities (petanque, tennistable,..) or walk down for a dive at Bestouan beach (5mn walk). The 7 rooms inside (living-room, dining-room-veranda and 5 communicating rooms on two levels with 3 doubles and 5 singles, baby cot) will lodge 11 persons confortably.
