This place has the wow factor. Everything was clean and updated. Bedding was very comfortable including the pull out sofa. We were there as a family of five, including our three teenagers. It is a bit small but worked out fine with two large bathrooms. Easy to get around via the Metro close by and lots of cafes. Max was super communicative and helpful!

Best stay I've ever had. Clotilde was totally kind and generous, and the space was fully equipped and structured. I recommend it 100% and hope to return at another time!

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

The studio apartment was perfect ! Very safe and secure with 2 separate doors needing key pad entry and finally your main door to the apartment with shot bolt system I loved the big open windows in the room that created sunlight and fresh air within the apartment ..The bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated on a quiet road The area has a great ambiance with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance The main CDG airport to RER port royal station was a 12 min walk away. Plus other close metro lines minutes away to the local attractions

Amazing place. New remodel, all new everything. Strong Air Conditioner with independent thermostat in each room. All windows were replaced with dual glass sound proof ones. Strong with large head shower and good pressure. Always a staff member at entrance and super fast response and always super nice. Any issues (minor) solved in minutes. Offer cleaning services and change sheets and towels for a small fee. Laundry never had to wait for a machine. Super convenient. Supermarket just across the street and so is Metro station. Couldn’t be more convenient. 1 block Rue Saint Germain with lots of great restaurants and two Boulangeries within a block. No issues at all. We stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely recommend and come back.

We stayed in the apartment with my mom for a long weekend. It was very stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen amenities. The location is a bit away from the centre, but it's well connected with the metro, which is just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many bakeries and grocery shops around, plus a nice canal area with restaurants. The host was very responsive and welcoming, and allowed early check-in and late check-out. We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very nice, it was very clean and had everything you need. A big plus is the covered parking for the car. The area is quiet and wooded, there are several fast food restaurants just a few steps away. The train station is also a few minutes' walk away. Stephanie was very kind and responded to our messages very quickly. We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment that’s centrally located. The views are simply incredible!! It’s rare to find a place in Paris with both views of sacré cœur basilica and the Eiffel Tower. Louis is a really kind and understanding host; he waited for me when I got in a bit late, and also allowed me to check out a little later. He also welcomed me with wine and bottled water! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back! :)

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

A quality welcome from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind with his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was impeccable, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden, which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again

Little Be too far from Paris, but is a good place to enjoy the local friendly community enjoying the nature of France. Perfect cottage for people who want to escape the city life.
