Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Baix Llobregat

My family of 5 stayed in the Villa because of the pool and views an nice clean looking home. The house was very clean and new as advertised. everything was described exactly like the ad. The host met us at check in and walked us through the home so we understood how to use alarms and doors. the air conditioning worked. we had a wonderful stay and will be back but next time with adults. the home is suited to handle 4 couples. thank you Kevin.

Une maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Un havre de paix avec un extérieur tout aussi agréable avec piscine et jardin. Une hôtesse flexible et réactive aux messages. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood located just a short drive to the beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. Dana and Claudi were absolutely amazing and provided recommendations and assistance within minutes. We needed an umbrella at the gorgeous beach and Claudi quickly brought us one. My boys did not want to leave and we could have easily stayed longer. We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous location. Thank you for making our trip special. 💕

La casa è davvero bella, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima: centrale, ma tranquilla, e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il vero plus è il parcheggio privato, una vera chicca che rende tutto ancora più pratico, soprattutto in una zona dove trovare posto può essere complicato. Consigliatissima!

¡Simplemente espectacular! Xavi & Maria son anfitriones excepcionales. Me invitaron unos días previos a mi reserva para mostrarme la casa y cómo funcionaba todo; y durante nuestra estadía siempre estuvieron atentos a resolver cualquier consulta de inmediato. Se aseguraron de que todo fuera perfecto. La casa es maravillosa, y está muy bien diseñada y equipada. Tiene dos niveles: arriba, un espacio más privado con dormitorios, cocina y sala; y abajo, un área social con escritorios, ping-pong, futbolín, gimnasio, kitchenette y un estar con proyector y sonido de cine; además de patios diferenciados para cada nivel. Es ideal para cualquier tipo de grupo, ya que se pueden realizar distintas actividades sin molestarse entre sí. La guinda del pastel es que es pet-friendly. Sabadell transmite una paz única, con poco ruido, un pueblo encantador para pasear y tiendas completas. Todo a menos de 30 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Una experiencia impecable, recomendada al 100 %. ¡Volveremos!

Hôte accueillant, petite attention qui font plaisir, superbe vue. Logements très bien équipé et très propre rien à dire. En vue d’améliorer le lieux peut-être soigné les finitions général. Mais nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon moment dans ce belle endroit.

TSA is perfectly located in central Barcelona and close to restaurants, Gothic Quarter and shops. Train station is a few mins walk from TSA. The apartment is clean and spacious and comfortable accommodate 2 adults. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process was seamless and front desk staff was extremely friendly, always there to help with a smile. I would definitely recommend TSA and would stay again the next time I’m back in Barcelona

Apartamento confortável, com todas as comodidades em zona com fácil acesso a transportes públicos. Com um bilhete para todos os transportes deslocámo-nos facilmente a todos os locais. Pena não ter sabido disso quando chegámos pois teríamos comprado logo no aeroporto. O José foi super atencioso desde o momento que chegámos, mesmo sendo de madrugada. Espetacular.

5 stars! Maria’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barcelona. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could ask for and made our visit so comfortable. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here — we would definitely come back!

Helena is an amazing communicator. Perfect place for us to stay outside of Barcelona. Very quiet at night slept like a baby. Would definitely come back here. Felt like home very safe as a woman here. Very helpful recommendations. Really a perfect stay wouldn’t change a thing !! Thank you Helena!

we loved the apartment. 2mins walk to the train station. lots of convenient stores around. And concierge that was very helpful. highly recommend this place!

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im appartment von oliver. die kommunikation war sehr top, alles sauber und die wohnung so wie auf den fotos mit viel platz. auch die lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der ubahn gut an das stadtzentrum angeboten. gerne wieder!

Departamento super bien ubicado a metros de la estacion de tren que va a Barcelona, super cómodo y limpio. Janeth fue super amable y receptiva. El departamento lo tiene todo. Las toallas y ropa de cama impecables. 10 /10.

This must have been the 10th time we stayed in this super nice appartement. So probably this argument speaks for itself. An excellent place for a couple, offering everything one needs, a huge and comfortabel terracce overlooking the Sitges beach , the yachtport and the romantic church. Since you are on the upper 5 th Floor ( yes there is an elevator) it offers peace and calm, except maybe during the Pride ( but who cares at that moment 😇) Idealy situated naar the beach ( gay beach is 3 minutes walking), near very good restaurants ( Alfresco is a gem just as the streetside restaurant just above in the same street, but also e.g .different tapas bars arround the corner) a bakery near by ( opens at 08.30) and of course the placa d’Industria where the Parrots is always great to have a nice drink around sunset. All places of intrest, including great shopping, in 5 minutes walking distance. Altough the appartement is rent by an agency, Communication is direct, pro-active and friendly

Lovely stay at Sergi’s place. Great location very near the beach and a shop, easy to get into Barcelona by train or bus and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This place had everything we could’ve needed and was very spacious! Loved the pool and the transportation to the city centre was very easy! Mari was great and gave us so many good recommendations. I definitely recommend to everyone!

L’appartement de Rosaura est vraiment très agréable. Les équipements et matériaux sont de qualité. La décoration est originale. On s’est vite senti comme chez nous. Une terrasse très agréable. Les banquettes lit du salon ont tout à fait convenu à nos 2 grands enfants. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Mansera Alta qui permet de rejoindre Barcelone notamment. Rosaura est une hôte très réactive.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Marc’s place was all round a perfect stay. The terrace was the standout feature, ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable with efficient air conditioning throughout the apartment. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we return to Barcelona!

Carles’s place was absolutely incredible, beautiful views, many friendly animals on the farm and really well decorated home! We came in late in Carles was extremely kind to stay up and wait for us to arrive. This place is fantastic!

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
