Staying at Luis's place was a pleasure, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bedding, all comforts. The location was well located for visiting the city of Braga on foot. We could not be happier with our stay!! The location is PERFECT!! We were able to walk everywhere easily, including the train stations, mall, and down to the water for beautiful sunsets. It was perfect to just pop downstairs or right around the corner for a drink - we loved the sound of the chatter on the street when the windows were open and it was quiet with the windows closed. Irmandiños was the most amazing host - so considerate, helpful, and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped - great for cooking. The apartment is spacious and really felt like home away from home. Having two bathrooms (one in the main bedroom) was awesome for our family of 5. The showers were wonderful with rain shower heads. We’ll be back very soon!!

The apartment is just like you can see in the photos. Communication with Manuel is great, and he provides you with information about Orense before arrival, which helps you organize your trip. Very happy and I'm sure we'll be back.

The house is as it appears in the photos. It's very nice. It offers a setting in nature and with total tranquility to spend a few days of total rest and reading. It is also close to Braga and Guimaraes if you want to go on excursions. There is a restaurant very close by that you can walk to and eat well. Concensao is super friendly and very nice, always attentive if you need anything. Although she lives upstairs, it is a totally private space.

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. Susa and her husband have always been attentive. We celebrated a birthday with friends and had a great time at Loft Garboa. I recommend it!

The house of Sara and José is beautiful, typical Portuguese construction, we appreciated the big fireplace, the nice garden with fruit trees and the big and fully furnished kitchen. One thing that I have to mention is that is full of hungry mosquitos and we had a hard time fighting with them at night…so be prepared and take some repellant of bring with you a mosquito net to put around the bed

We felt at home. We always travel with our two dogs and they had a great time. The patio is a plus and the dog beach is 5 minutes away. Benigno, his mother and his partner are very nice and very kind. I had jokingly told her to prepare some plant cuttings for me and to my surprise, before we left, Carlota had them ready. Thank you so much. We'll be back.

We were at home. Jose and his daughter were attentive to everything and made us a lot of recommendations. The house was spotless and very close to the beach which was what we wanted. The steakhouse underneath is good enough to eat.
