Perfect! Honestly, it's the most beautiful and cozy house I've ever stayed in. Everything is impeccable. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, a surreal view of beautiful. Flávio was super helpful and I just have to thank him for this perfect weekend at his residence. We'll definitely be back!

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

We went to Andréa's house for the weekend to celebrate my son's birthday and the feeling was that we couldn't enjoy everything the house offers. The structure is amazing, everyone loved it and felt extremely comfortable during their stay. It is very worthwhile, the house in addition to being beautiful and cozy is fully equipped. Not to mention the reception and all the support we received from Fatima. Simply an experience that is very worth repeating and we want to return soon.

We stayed in the houses last weekend. They are excellent!! Spacious, easily accommodates a group with great comfort. Well furnished, with all the kitchen utensils that provided us with a magnificent leisure time. The structure of the houses is suitable for all ages. We had children and elderly people and everyone felt very good. We thank the host!! Her housekeeper, Mr. Rogério, was receptive, polite and attentive. And the help, hired separately, of Mrs. Gilda, who helped us in the kitchen, wonderfully well. Thank you!! Our accommodation was a 10!! Gratitude!!

We spent the New Year in a group of friends and everything went well! The house is great, very well taken care of. The swimming pool and play area were the most used spaces in the house. Edson is a good host and responds quickly, we asked for help with the care of the house and hired Ana, who helped us a lot. The homemade Luciano tbm is very helpful, they were great! The only observation we make is that the access road to home is really complicated, as described in the listing and deserves additional attention if it is with children/babies: Bad road/one-way, dirt for about 40/50 minutes. I do not recommend going out at night, that is, it is a great place to arrive, leave the car parked and enjoy the house! Services are scarce in the region, it is important to take medicines also because the nearest pharmacy is in Miguel Pereira. Since access is difficult, in case of lack of light, it may take some time to return. The house has generator, courtesy first load and if necessary more diesel is charged separately.

The stay was amazing. We took days of Sol which helped A LOT in the view. Everything matches the photos in your listing perfectly. Very proactive Marcelle, it answered everything quickly and accurately. We will return again and again, for sure. Since we only went with adults, we didn't have a problem with ANYTHING. Lincon welcomed us optimally, and promptly answered our questions during the stay.

The house is beautiful, very ventilated, flat and with very charming decoration, exactly as described. We went with my elderly mother and the house is very accessible. The place is quiet, with an excellent leisure area and beautiful view of Dedo de Deus, allowing hikes around the lake. The kitchen has all the necessary items for the stay. The hostess was very kind and always attended to us promptly, in addition to presenting us with a bottle of sparkling wine. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The cottage is beautiful! It has a style that combines rustic and industrial, super charming and cozy. The location is very quiet, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. With the owner's guidance, Bruno, it was very easy to find the place. If it's raining, just be careful and go slowly, and access won't be a problem. Next to the chalet, there is a super friendly couple who offer delicious homemade meals for a great price. In addition to the wonderful food, they are extremely attentive.

We planned a weekend to celebrate my son's 30th birthday, we rented the Sitio Parque das Águas, and from the first contact, even before closing, I was very well attended by Natalia, always helpful with my questions and with very quick responses. Honestly, I have no words to describe what we experienced, and I have no doubt that the space was responsible for everything that happened, a magical place, of course, very clean, with super cozy environments, an atmosphere of light. The check-in is super easy! We were very well accommodated, and there were 30 of us, there was no shortage of utensils, Ana's recommendation helped us a lot, she is great. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The place is quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying family moments. The proximity to the beach was a great differential, facilitating the tours and making everything even more pleasant. Flexible check-in and checkout, easy communication with the host. The yard is spacious, perfect for our dogs to play and for everyone to enjoy the pool. It was definitely a very positive experience and we intend to return!

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

At the beginning of the year we met the house as guests of a family member who rented the space. My family and I really liked everything, the accommodations, outdoor space, cleaning. We decided to rent for a weekend and the experience was even more amazing. During the stay, he responded promptly and removed all the doubts that arose, in addition to making checkin and checkout more flexible. The house is perfect, my children loved the period we spent there and we will definitely be back at some point.

Below the deck there is also an area with a mineral water pool and plenty of space to relax. For those who enjoy hiking, it is worth climbing up to the plateau. It is a climb of approximately 20 minutes on foot and the view is fantastic. While we were at the house, we went there three times. It is also possible to arrive by car. The owner of the house, Marcelo, kindly drove my mother to the top of the plateau. On the plateau, there are several net hooks. The house is very good and met all our needs. Everything is well thought out and beautiful. We got a lot of rain during our stay and had to stay indoors for a long time. However, we still enjoyed the place. The wood stove was a fun part. There is no cell phone signal in the house or on the dirt road. However, the house's internet works very well and we even made video calls. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. Marcelo and Keylane are always attentive and willing to help with any issue. Marcelo guided us on the dirt road that leads to the property. We loved the stay and hope to return!!

My family and I spent very happy days at Claudia's house. Very nice house, well maintained and clean. Claudia was very kind the whole time, making us very at ease and comfortable. Comary farm is a reserved and very peaceful place. Walking around there is wonderful. It was an amazing time!

Great stay! The house is excellent and beautiful, it has all the necessary equipment. The only thing is that there are not two bedrooms with a double bed, but one with a double and one with two single beds. But it didn't bother me, I just think it could be clearer on the listing. Jaguanum is great, super quiet, it's my second time there and first time in Felipe's stay, I would definitely be staying there!

The place is very nice, Mr. Rocha was very receptive, kind and friendly. The place held 20 people well without problems. The place has steep climbs that can be difficult for the elderly. But overall, it was wonderful.

It was an excellent weekend in which I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends. Everyone loved the house and the amenities offered.
