Fauzan's place is nice and clean and very close proximity to DLF tech park in sector 143. Its a studio apartment with all basic amenities. Fauzan was very communicative and helpful in any query and helped with early check-in. Despite being a new listing witg not many reviews, I had booked this after confirming about early check-in and he was proactive with all information.

We had a great stay with no issues. The apartment was exactly as described. Communication was excellent, and the caretaker was very helpful—he took care of everything quickly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Everything was good, it rarely happens that you book a random property and it turns out to be good, but now I will go here regularly because I liked this property Everything was perfect, just as it is in the photos, in fact it was even better than the photos. The place was clean and their executive actually comes to take you to your room as the list is not accessible without a key card. The host, Sidak, was very friendly and responsive whenever I tried to contact him. Definitely one of the nicest and safest stays.

It was good experience there. Easily to find.. malls and every food outlets were near.. lots of lights and peace within. Much recommended for those who want to have some peace in chaos.

This place is a hidden gem for couples! From the moment we entered, everything felt so thoughtfully designed and welcoming. The cozy bedroom, luxurious fully air-conditioned patio with a jacuzzi and big smart TV created the perfect cinema + bubble bath vibe — ideal for a Netflix date night! We also loved the dining area where we could enjoy meals and deep conversations, and the beautifully maintained terrace garden was a dream. The swing added a romantic touch, and the water cooler made the space super comfortable even in the Delhi heat. We got the place decorated for my partner’s birthday, and the host went above and beyond with the arrangements — everything was done with such attention to detail. Honestly, we were initially concerned about staying on a terrace property during peak summer, but we were completely wrong. The ACs and coolers made the entire space super pleasant, no matter where we chose to relax. It was hands down our best stay ever! We are definitely coming back here!

One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

Firstly about the host, Rishi is a very nice and warm host, he is very responsive, checks on you makes sure you are comfortable and have everything one may need available. cherry on the top is he pays a visit with a bottle of wine, a personal touch which is very much appreciated. Coming to the place, it's very clean and very apt for someone who would like some privacy. Really loved the boho chic look of the place. Everything matches the pictures and description given. Evening views are also very pleasant. And they have a projector, so cool for evening movies 🤭. Altogether it's a nice deal.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Parvinder's place. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful—overlooking a peaceful lake, and right in front was an amaltaas tree, gently showering its golden flowers in the hot Delhi summer. It felt like something out of a dream. Every little need of ours was thoughtfully taken care of. A big thank you to Kishan ji and Pradeep ji, the caretaker, who was always so kind and helpful whenever we needed anything and their warmth really made us feel at home. This has definitely been one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thank you so much, Parvinder, for always checking in and making sure we were comfortable. Your hospitality meant a lot to us.
