Antonio's apartment was just as described. A minute away from the beach to enjoy a morning walk or a 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Access to a variety of restaurants gave us many options to choose from and enjoy the Spanish cuisine.Overall a great apartment and excellent service.

First of all, I want to emphasize how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. The apartment is very well located, super close to the beach, which is also great. There are shops nearby that make your stay easier (bakery, cafeteria, supermarket, etc.). There is parking on the same street as the apartment, it is a quiet area. The apartment is just like the description and was very clean and comfortable. Very attentive hosts, providing any information quickly. He allowed us to use the apartment a few more hours on the day of departure, being flexible in that, attention that is appreciated. I recommend staying in the apartment and the hosts. Regards

No problems and good location.A little noisy at times with above and below apartmentos. No air con in bedroom ergo a bit warm at night.

Manuel met us at a pre agreed time for check in. Despite us not being able to speak Spanish he was extremely friendly, helpful and provided recommendations of where to eat. The apartment, with its lovely terrace seating was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The garage parking for our car was great, but a small entrance which would be very difficult for large cars. We just managed, with Manuel’s help to squeeze our car in. The location is close to the centre of the old town and walkable to the beach. We would be very happy to stay again at some point in the future.

We loved it, we will be back for sure. The description as is, impeccable, with every luxury of details…impressive. And in case it was not enough Rafael and Inmaculada are charming, a luxury.

Firstly I must mention that we have stayed in Chipiona on many occasions - this was our 5th visit so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding areas. Having stayed in other accommodation I would definitely say that this was one of the best. Whilst quite basic and probably a little 'tired' it, nevertheless, had everything we required. The location is perfect, the parking space a real bonus and the balcony area is terrific. Teresa is a fantastic host. Helpful, friendly and responsive we found her very easy to deal with. A couple of minor issues were dealt with efficiently by an equally friendly electrician. All in all a lovely experience and one we would definitely consider repeating next year. Thank you Teresa.

Fantastic house in the middle of Puerto Santa Maria, Pepa welcomed us and showed us around. Each room is truly beautiful with good beds and very spacious bathrooms. In the house, there is a lot of attention to detail in terms of interior and decor and even fresh flowers in different places. The kitchen is fully equipped and nothing is missing. The roof terrace overlooking the square and church is also great. We were 9 people and were all impressed. Viveca responds immediately to any question and is helpful. We will definitely come back but then for a week to explore the area from this beautiful house.

Very nice apartment, everything was perfect. Francisco welcomed us very well with a smile. The quality of the equipment, in particular the superior bedding with extra cushions. everything was impeccably clean. The best part of the accommodation is the beach next door and all the shops, the city center is a 10-minute walk. The garage is a real plus. we will come back and thank you again for the welcome.

Carlos is an incredible host and he made me feel right at home from the start. The place is absolutely stunning, really. I travel a lot and this is by far my favorite AirBnb I’ve ever been to. Trust me, it’s exactly like the pictures but even better !!! Sanlucar is also a very special place and if you’re into Xérès you’ve definitely come to the right place. the accommodation is wonderful to go with the family (especially with fabulous children) the problem is when sañles in the street your comfort area disappears

The place is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. All the rooms in the villa are very spacious and very comfortable. The garden with the pool is the best part of the house. Roberto has been super attentive and available at all times. It is essential to have a car, because taxis take a long time to arrive due to the number of people staying in the Port. The only thing is that the trash cans are far from the house, although if you have a car there is no major problem. Highly recommended for a good vacation.

Owning a property ourselves in the area, which we have a long term let on, we know the area very well, so our expectations were met. The house was spotless, very well laid out, and had ample accommodation for our family party of five. It's location of La Noria is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Vejer. All in all, we were very happy and would book this house again! Five Stars!

We were very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, the beds are very comfortable.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

Excelent location for daytrips to Jerez, Cadiz, Sanlucar. ( 20min cardrive). Apartment fully equiped, clean and with stunning separate terrace. Communication with the host was outstanding! Highly recommended.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Everything's very pretty and very pretty. It is on a first floor so you have to climb two flights of stairs to access it. Totally recommendable.

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.
