I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

Excellent spot for visiting my daughter at Haverford College. Fantastic location close to Whole Foods and other useful amenities and a stunning neighborhood. Nachman was so friendly and helpful - a perfect stay. Nicely equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Very clean, quiet, bright, simple unit on a pleasant side street. Well-furnished kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Easy off-street parking. No dining room table. No complaints, we'd be happy to stay here again.

What a beautiful loft. I was in town for a graduation and this place was a perfect location to rest and enjoy Philly. Very walkable and close to grocery store and the zoo. I felt safe as solo traveler and the unit was so cute. Very nice decor and lovely bathroom. Very comfy mattresses. Also it was quiet. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and Emma was great with providing information. A big Plus… private garage parking. Bagel/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean apartment. Was very cosy and comfortable. Close to downtown Philly and University City. The neighborhood could get noisy at times especially on weekend evenings. There were some ants crawling here and there, I assume it was from the balcony. But honestly overall, such an amazing place, no place is perfect but this comes close. Would totally recommend.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's in various cities, and this was, by far, the best one we have experienced. Super clean, wonderfully curated, and very homey! Grateful for a full sized kitchen, roomy bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and central air. We will most definitely choose this one again.

Dylan was an attentive host. I really appreciated that he made himself available when needed. The apartment is private and is beautifully appointed. Parking was super easy and the neighborhood felt very safe. If you prefer to cook your own meals vs eating out you will love the kitchen. If you don't like cooking there is a cool coop take out joint on the corner that has an amazingly diverse menu serving breakfast lunch and dinner. The location is centrally located in between the universities and the PMA (museum) and Schuylkill River Trail. I brought a bike and it was perfect for getting around when I didn't feel like using my car.

We enjoyed our stay and Elizabeth was a great host. Very responsive and supportive. Would recommend this apartment and the host!

I have stayed here many times. My favorite place to stay. Shanda it’s easy to get a hold of if needed and is very helpful. This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. I can’t say enough about it.

I’ve stayed at several places in the Philly area and this was by far my favorite! The space itself is very clean and much bigger than I was expecting. Check in was simple. It was great to have a designated parking spot and on site laundry. As a young female, I felt completely safe exploring the town on my own. Lots of great things to do in the area! Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again (if invited) lol

This was a really cute and comfortable place that has everything that you need for a few days in NW Philadelphia. It's on an extremely charming and peaceful street. Note that the location is perfect if you are eager or happy to stay in NW Philadelphia (near the Wissahickon Park, or the neighborhoods of Germantown, East Falls, Manayunk, Mt Airy, Chestnut Hill). If you are visiting Philadelphia for the first time you should realize that this house is not very close to the center of the city. You will need a car of a bike to get around if you stay here.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

We love Garden Oasis! It is very charming and cozy. David is a great host and responsive. We had a special occasion on check-in day and asked for early check-in. David was able to accommodate and clearly cared to help us make our event special. If you like coffee on the patio, you'll love this place. The entrance is easy and private. We love this little get away! We were able to use the roll-away bed for an additional guest for a small fee. Very convenient.

I totally love this place and it was neat peaceful. I actually live the design for this place. Area was okay for me but I definitely will come back again!

The space was great, spacious and clean. Street parking situation was also better than other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Philadelphia.

TL’s place is a spacious basement unit. Great hot water, useful washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed! The family lives upstairs, and the floor is a little thin, but you feel right at home. TL was very helpful and flexible with my stay. I would stay again next time I’m in Philadelphia!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

A perfect stay! Easy to find, super clean, comfortable bed, modern appliances, and very secure. It was walking distance from Fremont Park which was perfect for us attending a music festival that was there. Aakash was a wonderful host. He was kind, responsive, and graciously accommodated early check-in with short notice. 10/10 recommend!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This location is as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient location with loads to do / eat. Similar to another guest's review, we are not able to enjoy the beautiful bathtub (not even to just soak our tired feet after a full day of walking) as water pressure is weak/ very slow. Other than this one minor issue, the unit is great with good amenities and would love to stay again. Never once did I have to Uber - everything is done via public transport with very convenient options.
