I couldn’t fault my stay here, it was even better than I expected. A little home away from home with all the creature comforts. The apartment amenities (gym, pool, sauna, ice bath) were incredible. Location was great - right in the heart of incredible cafes, restaurants, spas and shops, and walking distance to the beach (great surf!). I hope to be back soon!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Sehr zentral gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Zum Strand geht man auch nur wenige Minuten. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I celebrated a milestone birthday with a handful of special friends in Bali and chose Alla's apartment over the several options available as it ticked many of the boxes my friends and I had listed for this stay. Primarily, we wanted the luxury and facilities of a high end resort, which the Ayana Resort certainly provides, while also having the option to gather within the privacy of our own lounge and dining room. It was also important for us to have daily housekeeping, access to a gym and spa, and extensive well maintained grounds to explore within the security of a 24/7 staffed complex. As such, Alla's apartment was an amazing find. Located in one of the residence towers on the Ayana resort, we had access to the restaurants and pools of the 3 hotels on site from a spacious and well appointed apartment. The vast grounds were out of this world beautiful, the staff were ever attentive. The theatre room in the listing is no longer available to guests, and even so, our stay was perfect.

having a condo with access to the hotel facilities was great. a full apartment with kitchen, smart TV in living area, 2nd TV in bedroom. internet 200mbs up and down, beach access from hotel, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. cleaning service every other day. nice balcony for chilling. Grab available for food and rides. Jimmy was very responsive, always quick reply. nothing negative to say about the place, book it, you won't be sorry.

The staff all speak fluent English and are super helpful. They even have walkie talkies so that they can get you what you need PRONTO! great experience

Just to say that Andrianto’s apartment was easy to locate, clean and extremely presentable - everything that the host had advertised. Great location, excellent amenities - would highly recommend this host/apartment, and if we get the opportunity to visit Bali again we would hope to secure this apartment again. Great value for money, David was a fantastic host always willing to help when you need it, housekeeping came daily to make bed, refresh towels if needed and empty trash, even washed our dishes for us which was a delightful touch. Bathroom is pretty soap scum heavy but that’s not unusual in Bali, still smelt fresh. Location was super convenient, great spot for restaurants and access to the beach, pool facilities were fantastic although pool could be open a little later to accommodate for a post dinner swim. Laundry and coffee shop directly across the road which was nice and convenient for our stay. Very family friendly location. Absolutely would stay here again, well worth the price it is listed for.

Есть отдельный уголок для гардероба, отдельная отличная душевая, кухня, терраса и общий бассейн внизу. Интернет быстрый, проблем не было. Удобное рабочее место для работы с ноутбуком. Кондиционер работает тихо, поддерживает комфортную температуру. Локации лучше нет, Умалас - 5 минут на байке, Чангу 10-15 минут, Семиньяк/Кута - 10-15 мин. Рядом много кафе, залов. Отдельно хочу отметить дружелюбных хозяев, которые внимательно относились к любой просьбе, дали рекомендации в плане мест. В плане шума, мне показалось шумно только в первый день, когда локалы устроили рядом жесткую тусню с музыкой. В остальное время были слышны только немного петухов утром и живность типа лягушек в лесу)) что для Бали нормально. Дом вдали от основных дорог, поэтому байки если и ездят, то очень редко, слабо слышны и не раздражают. Спасибо за приём!

the hotel was good if a little dated. Close to the shops on the street and they had a limited shuttle bus to the galleria. perfect for a short stay.

This apartment is in a great location right next to the beach. The main pool was closed during our stay for maintenance, but the other two pools were nice and kept clean.

Bali it's a mix of beautiful things but there are also things that can ruin your holiday. Fortunately for oss, the location where we've been has made a big difference. Distance to the ocean is 2 minutes from the resort, and Legian beach had Cristal water without garbage, as we have seen on the others beaches. Close to a lot of terasses, restaurants, shops, but in the same time, quiet in the night. The only thing that could be improved is the very old bathroom, but everything was functional and clean.We had friends located in Seminyac, and Kuta, but we always get together in our area, in the restaurant that the resort has(with buffet)or on the beach,witch is the best,going shopping 😊So, I recommend this apartment, the price for all you get is more than perfect.

Amazing hidden gem in Uluwatu, and very peaceful- unusual to find a place these days that is still quiet/has no construction nearby. The interior is beautifully designed, very modern and super spacious with a lovely internal cactus garden (and skylight that lets in the moonlight if you’re staying around the full moon!). Very calm environment and fast wifi too. Has everything you need, and easy enough to get grab/gojek into the centre of Ulu. We’ll be back!

Villa Oya was an idyllic retreat for us. It’s tucked away down a small street and backs on to jungle. It’s not overlooked and there isn’t (currently!) any building work nearby so it was absolutely quiet and peaceful. It’s about 15min scooter ride to Deus/central canggu area but there’s some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We really liked the ‘village cafe’ Nyoman is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating We would happily stay again

I had a fantastic stay at Paradise Haven! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was seamless. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

Booked this villa last minute as we weren't happy with our hotel... host was very helpful and even guided our taxi driver to the property. perfect place to relax after a busy 2 week holiday full of adventure- staff cannot do enough to help you

Amazing location. Walkable to anywhere you like. The pool was wonderful coming back to after a day of walking and travelling. Shower water pressure was low which was raised and Julia advised it will be fixed but this wasnt fixed while we were there so hopefully this can be done soon.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the villa, felt like living in an enchanted forest. Quite an interesting villa layout no doors loved it. The staff work extremely hard to keep this place looked after and Sari looked after our every needs. We enjoyed our conversation with the friendly staff. Some of our best memories will be of the owners dog Kota, you will absolutely love this most intelligent cool dog. The only negative would be the amount of mosquitoes you have to battle day and night that includes swimming in the pool. Be prepared for plenty of mosquito coils and repellent. Other than the mosquitoes we loved this jungle villa.
