My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

A home away from home, if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy your time here at this 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment with private entrance. A few minutes away walking distance to town center, transportation and convenience store, it sure is a home away from home. The whole property has new furnitures and appliances as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms, to make your stay extra cozy. Also equipped with a generator, so you will always have electricity.
