Diyana is a very nice host . It was very easy to communicate, very friendly . The apartment itself exceeded expectations . They had everything from detergents ,hygiene , and in the kitchen(coffee,tea, seasonings, etc.) . Everything was clean and cozy . We lived like home in every sense of the word. We had a late check-in ,but even though we were checked in without any problems ,they told us where . The hosts of this apartment are very friendly . I wish you decent residents ,as your place is very cozy . Homey 🙏🏻

For the first time in all our trips, we are 100% satisfied! Beautiful and stylish apartments. You can see that the hosts have put their heart into creating this space. We had a great 4 nights at Konstantin’s apartment. The deck area is wonderful for morning coffee, and it was easily walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants, bars, and markets. Response time on messages could be improved but overall we had a great stay and recommend this place.

I really liked the apartment! The furniture is good, there are the necessary appliances, the dryer was especially pleased, very convenient. Beautiful comfortable apartment, nice residential complex, friendly guards. Albert is responsive and very responsible. He responds quickly and tells everything in detail. Our host Vera, was so accommodating to us allowing us to check in early, we even accidentally lost Keys and she came out late at night to open the doors for us. The studios were very well fitted and furnished and it was just overall a very nice experience for us at Varna Studios. I would highly recommend them.

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

The apartment was just as described and comfortable to stay in. There are several grocery stores in walking distance, as well as a couple of eateries. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus that goes to the city center. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond. Have only positive things to say about her. Good to know: Do not recommend the apartment for those who are poorly skinned as the elevator does not work. The apartment is also up a hill. But if this is not an issue, this is definitely a good apartment to stay in ❤️

It's not easy to find a house, it would be better if the host added a photo to show the location of the listing.But during the period, I couldn't find a house and the communication with the landlord was very smooth.The host was also very patient and cared about my stay experience

A wonderful place to enjoy Varna, the many restaurants and the beach promenade. A chic apartment with all the amenities. We always felt safe. Everything was super clean and the service was excellent.
