Holiday rentals with a patio in Balgowlah

We had a great stay at Noel's place. The apartment was in a great location and the apartment had all the essentials that we needed. Noel was also super responsive and a great host.

Caroline is an amazing host. It was a next level experience staying at her gorgeous apartment and she was a pleasure to deal with. 5 star rating is not sufficient enough to describe the whole experience we’ve had. The space is even more stunning than the photos – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to stay there again on our next trip to Oz.

We would highly recommend Suzanna’s listing at Balmoral Beach. The apartment is located immediately off the Balmoral Beach promenade. Providing easy access to a number of high quality cafes and restaurants within immediate walking distance. Great coastal walk from Balmoral to Taronga and a couple of fantastic restaurants along the way too. If you’re not feeling too adventurous then a pleasant enough walk can be had along the promenade and beaches too. Mosman is a short drive away and a couple of supermarkets therefore within 5 mins drive. The bottle shop on the promenade also stocks a few essentials but mainly drinks and snacks. We hired a car (visiting from overseas) as wanted to travel up to the Blue Mountains and across to different parts of Sydney. There’s plenty of zoned parking which is easy enough to manage via parking apps. The areas walking and cafes and restaurants are popular with Mosman locals which is obviously a fine indictment of what’s on offer.

Great hosts. Lovely apartment in a wonderful location, directly across from beach and easy access to public transport and conveniences. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay or even a bit longer.

Lexi’s place is a must stay. The homely feeling of the interior design makes you feel right at home. Just a short walk to Bondi Beach to enjoy everything it offers. I wish I could stay longer!! Just perfect.

Surfways Manly apartment is absolutely wonderful! A perfect spot for two people to enjoy all that Manly offers. It was the perfect home away from home for my husband and I to spend a month there. The apartment is beautiful and modern. Everything is at a high quality and Robyn has kitted it out with everything a guest could need. The building has an incredible location (and views!) right across the street from Manly Beach and is walkable to everything. Lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We really appreciated how there were kitchen and bathroom supplies provided for our long stay (like coffee pods, plastic wrap, salt/pepper) and there were even snacks/drinks that welcomed us! Robyn is an incredibly thoughtful and friendly host who made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. She was always responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. Many thanks, Robyn, for your warm hospitality. It was so hard to leave! Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Mark & Jill were absolutely amazing hosts. My parents stayed at their property and they did not have one complaint. Mark is extremely responsive and thoughtful, he checked in with us to ensure everything was going well and even offered a late check out to my parents. The property is exactly what you see, everything worked perfectly and spotlessly clean. The property is well maintained with parking available and just a Short walk to the beach and all local amenities. Would highly recommend Mark & Jill’s property, it was great value for money and my parents hope to book again for their yearly visit ❤️

What a magic place. Absolutely the theme of this spot is leave your car and just walk. Not our first rodeo on the Northern Beaches and this is definitely a prime spot. A beautiful, modern and open space and the outdoor area was perfect.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great two week stay. The home is well set up and it was perfect for two families. Excellent location, just a block or two from the beach. Carport is also extremely beneficial as street parking can be tricky. The host, Stuart, has very responsive and helpful. The patio areas are a great amenity and we enjoyed the BBQ grill. We would absolutely stay again if we were back in the area.

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

We had a great stay. It was a great size super clean and comfy beds. A short walk to Woolworths shops and even down to the new metro station. Very enjoyable.

Michelle was a simply fantastic host! Super fast responses, extraordinarily helpful and flexible to deal with. The cottage is clean and well appointed. Everything you need is right there. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay :-)

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Great location. Very clean and tidy with very suitable furishing. Walk into central Manly is about 5 mins. Communication was very good. Only aspect was I was unable to close curtains in bedroom due to getting caught in the tracks. Owner offered to come and fix during my stay. Overall highly recommended and i would stay there again.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
