Holiday rentals with a patio in Balik Pulau

Bryson place are spacious, nice and clean. We had a great time here and will sure come back again when visit Penang

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

I had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

Communications with Lim were always prompt and excellent. He's very friendly and helpful. The apartment suite was more spacious than I thought it would be. The views of the hills and city were really outstanding. Lim has put many thoughts into furnishing the apartment. This is the very first Airbnb that we've stayed in in so many years with a rice cooker. Even though I didn't use it during this stay, I can definitely see myself using it if we were staying for longer. Lim also provided umbrellas, laundry detergent, a big laundry drying rack and even indoor slippers....all of which I found to be most thoughtful. As there are many renters checking out at the same time (noon), it was very hard to get into elevators as they were all fully occupied by the time the elevators reach our level. So do note to check out earlier to avoid the crowds. All in all, we had a very good stay.

Spacious house , amazing views from level 41 with good hygiene. Great location as not too far from the city! The only downside is there’s only 4 lifts to accommodate the high dense buildings. But lucky enough the unit located at the highest level , hence not too bad to go down to the parking area. Overall still highly recommended!

Can’t say how happy i was to find this place. Been to many places and this is one of the most simple yet comfie stay. Amenities are complete and well-arranged. Attention to detail is amazing: towel smells good, washing machine works perfectly, they even have water filter so we can drink from tap water, bed quality is top-notch for an apartment. Hats off to Amray, will definitely book his place again!

The host was very friendly and understanding. This is my second time booking this house because my family truly enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and clutter free, and being a person that dislikes insects and dirty surroundings in a home, this place was perfect! Zero bugs, clean and clutter-free interior. It is very obvious that our lovely host has poured her heart and soul into this place. Loved the design of the place! Amenities were provided as per the listing, and check-in was a breeze as well. Location is great, and very peaceful. Apple, our lovely host, was very warm and friendly, providing us with directions and recommendations based on our trip. She checked in on us a few times throughout to ensure we're doing alright and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a clutter-free, clean, and modern accomodation for a big group. 10/10 for accommodation 15/10 for the host

clean & big house. fully aircond. toilet bathroom and room very comfortable. helpful & friendly host. there are set of kitchen utensil for muslim. its just like our own house. i will book again when travel to penang 🙂

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

I am very satisfied with the facilities provided. The house is very neat and clean. What I like most is the facilities provided such as a washing machine and a place to cook. The host is very good. The house area is close to restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay. In love with the balcony view as it faces the sea. Windy and nice. Nearby to many local food shops. The host was responsive. Will definitely repeat the stay again.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
