The apartment is 45m2 (4th floor) , walking distance from the sea and the center of Glyfada. Build with excellent and luxury materials. You will realize this luxury just when you enter the house. You can enjoy the sea view from all the rooms including the bathroom. Enjoy the best sunset from here. There is a 6 seats circle sofa, jacuzzi and two loungers at the big balcony. The house is located in the Kalamaria area. The metro and bus stops for downtown Thessaloniki are 1 minute away. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (a double bed and 2 singles). The apartment building is small, and I live two floors above for anything you might need.
