Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was amazing and clean. The pool area was peaceful after a long day of work. It was conveniently located to where we were working and were able to walk back and forth. The host was responsive to any questions and requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for, loved the bath tub and hot tub! Super clean and comfy! Our family loved it! It was the perfect get away after a busy day in the city!

The Villa was lovely for our 2 night stay. The apartment was very clean and the cute decor was a fun touch. Beds were comfortable, bathroom well stocked with extras. And of course I can't skip mentioning the outdoor pool/spa space, which was the icing on the cake. The hosts live on the property and were around, but stayed out of the way and gave us plenty of space. Many wineries are just a few miles away. This is a great space for a few friends or couples to stay.

We vacationed in many condos and homes. Mostly off an alternative site. This place was in the tops. Great neighborhood the Hills. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

House was clean, and location was great! Plenty of towels and blankets available.

This was our second visit to Ray’s place and it was just as great this time. It is very conveniently located to Millstadt downtown. Ray gave precise information for check in. Was very responsive when we messaged him that we were checking out early Sunday morning. Very friendly and professional! We will return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described, very clean and cozy. Very pretty neighborhood and area as well. Host was kind and very responsive. Everything we needed/wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. Great for people who like nature and wildlife especially. We even had 2 deer regularly walking their babies through the yard and grazing around every day! Would definitely recommend AND would stay again.

Nice place, quiet neighborhood, plenty of choices for food. We enjoyed the spa bathroom and fire pit very much.

Exceeded expectations in every way! This beautifully decorated four bedroom, one story home, had everything we needed for an effortless nine day stay. All appliances and TV’s were state of the art, the house was super clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We’re in our mid seventies and appreciated how accessible everything is in this home. Highly recommend.

I was doing my research for Saint Louis and most of the information I found was to find a place West of the downtown area. This place was perfect. It was in a safe neighborhood, and close to multiple stores and restaurants. The street in front of the house was a little busy, but overall I had no problems. There was lots of room to stretch out in the house, and after going out sight seeing it was nice to come home and relax in a great place. I would recommend to friends and family coming to Saint Louis.

The house, location, amenities, absolutely everything was terrific! Lots of snacks, games (inside and out), toys, books, movies, etc. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with anything and everything you could need. Their local guidebook that they send you a link to was very well done and helpful for us on numerous occasions when planning our activities for each day. Highly recommend, would stay again if in the area!

This house was perfect for our visit to St. Charles. Everything was in good order and well-stocked for all our needs. Although we didn't have a chance to use it, the private backyard was set up perfectly to relax outside. The location was great for accessing downtown St. Charles and the Katy Trail. I would happily stay here again when we return to the area.

The host was very responsive. They made sure the mess from the tornado that hit during our stay was cleaned up in time for the wedding party photos. The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and very scenic. Beautiful property nice pond and patio.

The house was well stocked and well labeled. We use the kitchen a lot and it had what we needed with newer appliances. The lower level with pool table and darts was nice to enjoy in the evenings with our college age daughter. Castlewood State Park is less than 5 minutes away if you like to hike. We were able to park our vehicle inside the garage (using provided door remote), which was nice especially when storms were predicted. This house was a nice home base to return to each day after exploring St. Louis. In case you, like me, did not realize from the photos, when you enter the front door, there are two small flights of steps on your right, one down to the lower level and one up to the main level with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. I appreciated the more forgiving refund policy compared to other choices, for peace of mind. Lastly Nathan was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!

Great stay. Great Location. Great communicative hosts. They also provided baby items which made a stay with a 6 month old much easier. Thank you! My family would stay here again the next time we visit family.

Our stay in Ballwin overall was amazing. Unfortunately there was a power outage 20 minutes after we checked in that lasted for over 30 hours. Obviously we did not know that the outage would last this long or we would have secured a new place. We did not need to secure a new place because the weather was perfect for enjoying the homes’ yard and the outdoor grill was perfect alternative. Jackie was attentive and highly communicative during the entire outage. She even offered an option for us to shower at another property of theirs and gifted us gift cards to a local breakfast establishment. We will definitely be back. The home was everything it promised even with the power outage.

We enjoyed our stay! No disappointments here. You will love this place! It's in a great neighborhood, easy access from I-270, and close to a grocery store and West County Mall - you could even walk to these if you were so inclined! Kitchen is well-stocked with a perfect refrigerator. Beds are great and the bedrooms are separated if that's important to you. And there's a child's room downstairs. The backyard and patio are picture-perfect. The downhill driveway intimidated me, but was easy to deal with. Enjoy it! We certainly did. Claire
