The space is literally the same as the ad, fantastic view, clean, organized and in very good taste, excellent experience for those who want to get to know the city!

Clean location, waterfront (great location) and very complete. The host was extremely kind, proactive, and understanding about the issue of checkin and checkout. We had an issue with the internet, it tried to solve but I believe it is operator problems. The air conditioner gets very cold, we feel hyper well on site, took two pets and it was quiet. Thank you Adalberto for receiving us.

Simply spectacular! The apartment is extremely comfortable, with a modern design and full of technological features that make the stay even more special. The view... is spectacular — much more impressive than in the photos! Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought out. The quality of the items available really made a difference: impeccable linens, extremely comfortable beds and everything very well chosen, providing even more coziness to our stay. We have a large family, and everyone was very well accommodated, with plenty of space and comfort. The hosts, Cristian and Fran, were impeccable: attentive, polite and always available to help with whatever was needed. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. The whole family felt at home, surrounded by an atmosphere of peace, comfort and positive energy. We thank you and wish you very much success. See you soon.

Our stay was very good excellent cost benefit ratio The best location is very noisy on the weekend and the dpto is located in the most strategic place of the Balneario I would come back again!

We were delighted!!! The house is beautiful and close to a very busy beach which we accessed on foot. Very comfortable, and the pool is beautiful!!! Surely we will return. Thank you Jorge for so friendly and nice stay... highly recommended!!!

The house is well located, clean, new furniture, comfortable beds, air-conditioned and with a beautiful view from the balcony. A few meters from the Barra walkway, which gives access to sights such as the Automobile Museum, Pirate Boat and Unipraias. Tayrini's mother, Mrs. Meri, welcomed us very well and gave tips from the city. They were always available to assist us. We have a very good holiday days and we plan to return. I indicate the house you will not regret it.

Good afternoon, everyone! We thank you for the good reception of Mr. Pablo Ruciel and made himself in the mood for whatever he needed. The house everything is very clean, sheets, towels and all necessary household utensils at the disposal and washing machines and dryer. The untiring view of admiring Balneario Camburiu from the balcony. At the barbecue has the same wonderful view of the place, with table, bench, chairs and fridge., very well structured. A suggestion about the address: To get there we used Google maps and then Wase and took us to the wrong addresses. We reached out to Pablo Ruciel in contact with Pablo Ruciel. Suggestion:Pass the location immediately to guests. Casa is between Barra 2 km and Praia das Laranjerias 800 m. Balneario 20 min. I recommend 100% and thank Airbnb attendants to Mike and Pablo for their attention. Thank you!!! Abs.

Everything was very organized, clean and quite central. If you were to say something, it was the lack of express coffee maker.

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.
