This apartment is good for those who go alone, or at most one couple and one child (3 well accommodated persons). Quiet place and the owner of the inn, Sônia, very receptive. Very good place cleanliness. Towel, linen and pillows are available. Kitchen with the basics of utensils. As a suggestion for improvement, a ceiling or table fan for the hottest days. I was not missed because I stayed more at the beach due to the very good weather and looked only at the local newspaper on the phone via the internet. Enough options for food in Pinhal, much more than in Quintão.

Apto. large and private. Comfortable, smelling bedding and bedding. Large and tightly closed garage. Pertinho Centro by foot. Just an obs. tranquil staircase, but I don't recommend it for the elderly. Overall note 1000. Super recommend!!!

The stay was great. Joice is extremely helpful. The house matches the listing, it has everything you need for a summer vacation. I only felt the need for more floor cloths, as it makes it easier to preserve the house. Overall, the house is well worth it. I'll definitely be back.

We really like to stay in Solange's apartment and we intend to go back! Jana who received us, is a lovely person and has given all the instructions we needed! The apê corresponded exactly with the description and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items”, as the announcement was clear in this sense, that there was not, but by way of suggestion, there could be a dishcloth and one for cleaning the floor (these I forgot🤭😂). We missed an electric kettle, but the milk maker served. We did not find the control of an air conditioning, the double room, but it was not necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower of the social bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the suite was wonderful and with the stool, the other one was not missed at all. Have been great nights well slept, bed and pillows great, dark room (AMO) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great( swimming pool isn't heated).

Impeccable apartment, more beautiful in person with a comfortable living room, cozy bedroom with a suite that has a jacuzzi with a cinematic view. The apartment has a stunning view of the beach, as the building is on the seafront, with extremely easy access to the beach. All these days we spent together were amazing! The host Daniela, very helpful, attentive, kind, friendly and polite, always promptly answering our questions, offered us a service far beyond what was expected, in addition to the caretaker of the building Léa, who was also very helpful, attentive and super friendly. We were very satisfied throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!!
