Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balok

I had a great stay at Irza Homestay Indera Mahkota. The house is super clean, cozy, and well-equipped exactly like the photos. The location is very convenient, close to shops, town and lots of local food options just walking distance. The host was very responsive. The Wifi is accessible and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay in Kuantan. Will definitely come back again.👍

Homestay yang sangat selesa.

The actual property was exactly as shown in the photos. My kids loved the small water playground! The house is peaceful and conveniently located near the place where we went to watch turtles. One issue was that the rubbish bags outside were disturbed by stray animals, and the next morning, the rubbish was scattered everywhere.

The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and all amenities were exactly as described. Communication was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, fast wifi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home! Felt like Datok Datin vibes! High ceiling making the space around feels very spacious! Everything works! Awesome washing machine and dryer! Nice furnishings and furniture! Really can see the effort from the host to keep the place clean. Fresh bed and towels! I admit the place is quite difficult to locate and I'm guessing because it is still very new. Overall, I would recommend this homestay! Thank you Mr Firdaus!

House was very nice and clean with a very big kitchen area, we just used the house for a few hours to freshen up, was worth it

Great location for short stay

Zowel het verblijf als de faciliteiten van Timurbay zijn van hoogstaande kwaliteit. Goed internet, heerlijke douche, prettig bed, mooi zwembad, direct aan het strand en een uitstekende host. We verbleven 6 weken en kregen tussendoor housekeeping, dat maakte het verblijf geweldig! Timurbay is goed bereikbaar met een bushalte voor de deur en ook grab is goed te doen. Tot slot zijn er fijne restaurants en winkels voor het pand. Zelfs een goede supermarkt, ideaal!

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

Seperti di dalam description, unit terletak di ground floor dan bukan sea view..tapi okay la, nak pergi pantai dan pool tak perlu berebut dengan guest lain.. memang datang sini nak main air kan.. cuma kelemahan dia, unit ni jauh betul dari designated parking..boleh letak barang siap2 dekat reception, driver pergi parking.. akan datang, akan book lagi kalau ke timurbay.. thanks for the hospitality.

The place is clean and cosy, lots of eateries around, within walking distance. The unit comes with a dedicated parking lot, which is very, very convenient. The pools are fabulous. You have a choice of swimming in the pool or at the beach, which is just behind the building. Had a great stay and would certainly come again. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The room was nice, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect—just next to the beach and surrounded by plenty of eateries. We especially loved the beach-facing view from balcony. The kids had an amazing time too, both at the beach and enjoying the family-friendly amenities. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing getaway

Self check-in was very easy. The unit has both sea view and pool view. The furniture inside is well-equipped. Having a water dispenser was really convenient. We had a very comfortable 4d3n stays. The host was very helpful. On the second day, my child had food poisoning, and the host recommended several clinics to us. On the day we checked out, we accidentally left our phone in the room. The host personally helped us retrieve it — we’re truly grateful.

Very nice place, the view is direct to the sea. Owner is very helpful and very kind to me. one of the best place I've stayed in kuantan. Will come again next time.

Rumah sangat cantikkk . View pantai dan kolam . Healing betul ❤️ Dekat bawah ada 7e dan dkt dengan kedai makan .. Rumah pun ada peralatan masak .. Ekon sumpah sejuk 🥶 Duduk sini layan netflix memang function . Siang boleh gi pantai n kolam hehe . Bestt!!
