House holiday rentals in Balqa Governorate

A beautiful place to relax and have fun with family and children. Away from the noise and congestion of the city . Near the Salt and Wuerga . The nearest simple shopping spot in Jareqha district is about 7 mins by car . The place consists of a spacious lounge with a beautiful view, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Then through a staircase you descend into the basement and you will find a private residential yard with a beautiful pool that runs deep from about 70cm to about 2m ( please be careful not to leave the children alone in the pool ) . There are children's toys, an integrated kitchen, a barbecue area and a seating area . The finishing of the place is excellent of ceramics, doors, toilets, floors with attention and the placement of lots of things that provide comfort and celebration with the family . The thing that didn't suit me much is the time to go out . It was nine o'clock in the morning, but in return, you are allowed to enter at ten o'clock in the morning . But this may be a good time for many, but for me, I'd rather get in at 1 o'clock and 12 o'clock . In the end, the place was worth paying value and thanks to the people of the place and their kindness

This place was perfect! We just booked it for the day and I will book it a gain. The pool was amazing, clean and very private. Loved having the shade as well during the heat of the day. He was very responsive and it was easy to find. There are not many food options though around so I do recommend bringing food but thats part of the benefit of the privacy you get being out there! Beautiful views!!

Great place, an artist nest to relax and enjoy the dead sea valley. You should really try!

We went to Raed’s farmhouse for the night, it was amazing, the pool was great, the whole atmosphere was super nice. We had such a great time, we didn’t wanna leave…. Thank you Raed

Me and my friends were coming home for the holidays and decided to book this place to get together. We had a great time there, and enjoyed the place. Samer was very professional and responsive for whatever we needed during our stay. We plan to come back here next year.

Najwan and Alex were really easy to communicate with was useful for checking in, organising meals, tips on good places to swim and sorting out minor issues. Alex is an amazing chef and we really enjoyed the meals he cooked for us (request in advance). Dining overlooking the Dead sea at sunset was perfect to welcome us to the villa. We loved having it to ourselves, the bedrooms were fab and well appointed with comfy beds and nice touches such as a selection of coffee/tea, decent wifi, poolside speaker: pools were lovely! There was a shaded bit to park our hire car under (guard opens/closes the security gate 24/7). An odd quirk was occasionally early in the morning the gardener switches the water supply from the villa to the garden, we were up early (6am) to head to Petra (3.5hr drive) so were a bit surprised; warn Alex if you need it left on for an early shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would def recommend the villa and especially Alex's cooking; thank you so much!

fabulous place looking forward for rebooking

I picked the location first, so the nice AirBnb was really a good bonus. Clean, beautiful, nice settings, good kitchen and appliances, etc. We are tourists so we did not spend a lot of time at the house, but night time was quiet and we all rested very well.

This villa was lovely. Beautifully stocked and really clean. Haitham was fantastic: immediately communicative and helped out when we lost the address late one night. He could not have been more helpful. The area is a drive from restaurants and the Dead Sea itself but it is in a town that takes you away from the major tourist areas, which is often really needed. That means that it has some roads etc that are less developed but there are plenty of routes that are. There are local shops though. Definitely recommend, especially if you are in need of getting away from it all.
