Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Enjoy free parking in our private driveway with additional street parking available for free. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants. -Uber -Charm City Circulator (free bus stop 2 blocks away) -Water Taxi a few blocks away that can take you to the aquarium and anywhere else you want to go. -MARC Trains to DC -Zipcar -Less than a 20 minute drive from BWI and just a few short minutes drive to access I-95, which avoids the traffic cluster noticed in other Baltimore neighborhoods -Walking -Bike/scooter ride share programs No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. The Pagoda House is a 1 BR basement apartment with a private entrance and bright window! The unit has an open layout and plenty of living space, perfect for exploring Butchers Hill, Canton, and Fells Point. The waterfront promenade is an easy walk downhill and provides access to many of Baltimore's best sights. Patterson Park (one of the top city parks in the nation) is located directly across the street. *Please note that if you are taller than 6 foot 4 you might find the ceilings a bit low.

The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.
