House holiday rentals in Bamban

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!

This is a great place to consider when visiting Clark The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with ample parking available, making it very convenient. Highly recommended

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

very nice place to stay in esp if you have pets, the house is very pet friendly, i love that they have a big garage that my dogs can be off leashed to play. the living room has an AC which is wonderful esp for my dogs. Lots of place to get food nearby. Very accesible to the events place of the dogshow we went to. Neil was very responsive and helpful to all my querries. will definitely book his place again.

The place was so spacious. The interenet was great. Alll the utensils needed were there. A very responsive host and care taker. They hot fresh towels when we arrived and the place wqs literally clean and smells so clean. Walking distance to many establishments. Thank you to the hosts and to the care taker who were very considerate during our stay.

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. We also checked out Sandbox in Porac, an exciting adventure park with thrilling activities. This homestay provided a peaceful retreat after our busy days, making it a perfect base for our Pampanga trip. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!
