You live 800 meters from Idbyns havsbad, proximity to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers out, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) is about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with nice opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik there is also the well-known adventure bath Pardiset.

Med sina 45 kvadratmeter erbjuder stugan en harmonisk blandning av modern komfort och hemtrevnad, endast 16 km från stadens puls. Boendet inkluderar två välutrustade sovrum: ett med en bekväm dubbelsäng och ett andra rum med praktisk våningssäng. Dessutom erbjuder en bäddsoffa två ytterligare sovplatser, vilket gör stugan perfekt för grupper på upp till 6 personer.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. The apartment is in the souterrain floor of our residential building and has a private entrance as well as free parking. The two bedroom, both equipped with double beds, are located on either side of the apartment for added comfort and privacy.
