Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Banana River

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. The plan was to make it to Orlando a day early to go out and enjoy before we left for our cruise, one we made it to the house, Carol was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the home was so comfortable and the whole home itself was so peaceful we decided to not go anywhere! Sitting in the back watching the fish, swinging on the swing, watching the roosters was exactly what we needed. And the host was one of the most beautiful helpful people I ever met in life. Everytime I visit Orlando I will be looking to stay there!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

Had a great time exploring Cocoa beach and using this spot as a “home base”. Julia was very responsive to any and all questions and helped us out with recommendations of things to do and see!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

This was our second time staying here and our visit was just as great as the first time. The location is very convenient, especially for visiting my family. The kitchen and living room are on the smaller side but they function just fine. The bedrooms are spacious and probably my favorite thing about this property is how well stocked it is. If you forgot something, they just might have you covered. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

The house was absolutely beautiful, found it last minute and was super easy to find. Close to everything we needed during our baseball tournament weekend. Super friendly and highly recommend staying here!! Price was great, host was amazing!

Second time back here and our family loved it yet again!! This place is family friendly, close to the ocean, and has a lovely outdoor space. We will definitely coming back in the future.

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

My friends and family had the best stay here! It was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The beach was right at the end of the street which was amazing. The Airbnb provided beach chairs, beach toys and even a beach wagon! We will 100% come back here for our next stay!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Truly steps from the ocean! My husband and I stayed here for a week and everything was great. Place was very clean, occasional cigarette smell from the neighbors, but it wasn’t too bad. Great locations, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants and stores, about 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. One of the best parts was I could see a Falcon 9 rocket launch from the back porch one early morning, it was awesome. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, though we had to leave it uncovered for a while to get the temp down from109 to 104. Absolutely wonderful value for proximity to the ocean and things to do.

It was a really enjoyable stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to the Village. What more could you ask for?

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

First, I have to say the location is beautiful. Location is very close to the beach. The place was very clean and Pedro was an amazing host. Had a wonderful stay and would come back !
