The residence is equipped with a 25 m swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, a private port, and access to a pebble beach. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

The bedding was changed in July 2023 (new 160 cm sofa bed), to improve comfort.
