Holiday rentals with a patio in Bandung Regency

The experience of staying at this apartment is very satisfying for me and my friends, the facilities provided by tenants are very complete and adequate, there is a super fast wifi specifically provided in the unit, the location is also strategically close to malls, places to eat, cafes, minimarkets, and close to several univs in jatinangor. The apartment is also easily accessible by public transportation like angkot. The tenant's father and mother are also very responsive in times of need. Finally about the rental price, it's very affordable for the budget of students who are looking for a study or test in the surrounding univ, especially those who bring a group of up to 4 people. Overall, during our stay there were no problems and we were satisfied with the services and facilities provided by you and my father.

The first time we entered the room, it was magical. The room was clean and fresh and smelled so good (not to mention the aesthetically pleasing design). That first moment we knew that we love this unit. Guaranteed will be coming back here again when we visit Bandung in the future. Great staff and great host, very responsive and helpful. Clean and good place

I have always loved to come back to Bandung since my daughter is going to ITB. The host, mba Sri is responsive and attentive. Place is spacious, very cozy and has all the amenities she listed. It even has saus sambal, sugar, all the cooking utensils, scissors, umbrellas (Bandung can be rainy), down to spare new toothbrush!!!

I will frequently coming to bandung every month, hopefully I can stay this apartment all the time

I really like the place because it has an open space and spots for chit chat with your friends which makes the atmosphere even warmer. Every corner is aesthetic, complemented by the perfect interior.

The villa is cozy and very clean. its a private place and perfect if you want to stay for healing and refresh yourself. The design of the villa is remarkable and look forward to come here aqain when i go to Bandung

the best place to spend your time in bandung with friends or family. literally THE BEST EVER. makes us not want to go out. made a biggest mistake that we only booked just for one night🙃🙃🙃 should’ve booked for 3 nights or more hahaha

Staying here honestly felt like visiting a beloved aunt or a distant relative—you get that warm welcome right away and never feel like a stranger. The place is super clean, cozy, and just has that “home” vibe. The host is the owner and was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Also, if you’re bringing pets, this place is amazing—my three lovely dogs was so happy here, one of them didn’t even want to leave! 🤣 Would love to stay again for sure. the location of the apartment is in a resort expert, in front of it there is a dago terrace cafe.. but unfortunately the pool is under repair.

Nice place to sleep and not to far from the toll road. The room its not perfect but its still comfort to stay. they just had 1 AC in living room, but its still cool when you sleep. The bed is oke. Many convenience market in the ground floor. The sofa is to dusty, i think must be vacum the sofa and the water is to small from the shower, i think must be change the shower The hosts told me if the room will changed to other unit before i paid, so please chat before you book. Overall is oke, especially for you who dont like the traffic jam in Bandung. Thumbs up 👍👍

We stayed at Mr. Prasha’s place—it was pretty spacious for a family of four, clean, and felt just like home. The location is in Simpang Dago, super convenient and close to everything. He also replies quickly to messages. Thanks a lot, Mr. Prasha!

It was extremely easy to get in and communicate with the host. Overall, I had a short yet pleasant stay. The property has a balcony with a pool view, a super comfy bed, free snacks and drinks, a nice color palette, and direct access to Netflix. If you plan to explore the upside of Bandung, Sheila’s place is a good option!
