I really like the place because it has an open space and spots for chit chat with your friends which makes the atmosphere even warmer. Every corner is aesthetic, complemented by the perfect interior.

Davin is a great host. He was very responsive to my queries and was helpful to address my issues before the trip. I would also like to commend the check in staff, Devi. She is the sweetest and welcome us so warmly. She is also very responsive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The place is spacious and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family is comfortable staying in this villa, all the equipment is there and clean, the host is very responsive and friendly. in the future I want to stay again in this villa.

We love this place! We are stay with 8 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies. The room is neat and clean, the kitchen is 👍🏽, they provide shampoo & shower gel. are having fun with the pool. Melinda is very clear with the instruction to enter the house. We will be back for sure! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was very clean and well-organized, which made it feel instantly welcoming. The admin and villa staff were extremely responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Most importantly, everything was exactly as described on the website, with no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended!

overall okay, but it seems that the lights need to be maintained again because many of them are dim 8/10

Honestly this was the first time I used airbnb and was confused about going where the wkwkwk kept trying to save all the good places until I finally decided to choose this. Go ahead to go back here or I'm afraid it's narrow but finally convince yourself to continue and YES!!! GREAT JOB!!!! Mama papa likes it really comfortable like your own house and is in it big loooh!! The room is also big and the guard is also friendly and responsive. Over all the minus mace as far as I stay and most likely come back again, YES!. AND THE AIR HERE IS ALSO ENAKKKKKKK Regardless of this

Love the place! Very peaceful. We can literally hear the water from the river below. (Couldn’t see the river) but that’s something that I love. Place matched the description. Love the sofa! Very comfy we ended up watching movies up all night. Love the bedroom as well, I could get the sunlight when I woke up in the morning.

Strategic location, walking distance to cullinary destination in Bandung such as pasar Cihapit, Jalan Riau, Jalan Anggrek and many more. The house is very spacious and clean with good facilities. Even though the bathroom is dated but we had no problem, its water pressure still great. For muslim travellers, they provide prayer mat as well. For longer stay, you might have to find a laundry facility somewhere else and I'm sure it's not hard to find in Bandung. The care taker, Pak Julian, is very friendly and helpful. He lives in the bungalow next door, if you need anything he will come in seconds. No problem for parking, the front yard can fit 4 cars and the gate is always locked, don't worry they'll give you a spare key. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay and will come back again if we visit Bandung. For sure will recommend this place to everyone. To the host and Pak Julian thank you for your hospitality!

From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were absolutely amazed — wow, what a beautiful place! Tucked away in the heart of Bandung, it felt like a peaceful oasis, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is perfect, with Prima Rasa just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The included breakfast was a delightful bonus — delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The atmosphere of the villa was incredibly calming and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Bandung!

I spent a great week at this house. It’s lovely and pretty much has everything. I did need some kitchen equipment and the host was very fast to facilitate. My only complaint is that this house has around 30 chairs but no chairs in the garden. There is a Berugak but no cushions or anywhere comfortable to sit.

Wonderful stay at Philanto! Beautifully designed, clean, plenty of rooms and each has their own bathrooms which was handy! Swimming pool and outdoor hangout spot was so well designed. And the upper living area was epic with beautiful view. Exceeded expectations and the well priced. Thanks Ria for a great stay!

The best decision Ive ever made on a family holiday! Our fam loves classic, old interior and exterior Dutch-Indonesian homes and the villa is a dream come true. Though the villa was in a semi-crowded area, its still peaceful, has good air circulation during Bandung’s cold mornings, and overall has that earthy humble vibes to the house. I was very pleased with Pak Iman’s service during our stay. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and polite. I was impressed by how clean everything is (floors, rooms, bathroom, main area, even the outdoor space) considering theres old trinkets and furniture as part of the house’s aesthetic. I will 1000% stay here again. Great job!!

The place was big and perfect for our family. We especially loved the kitchen — a great space to gather and have fun together. We had a minor issue with the aircon, but Otten was very responsive and got it fixed first thing in the morning. He also shared helpful local recommendations and even ordered an amazing ginger dish (jahe) for us — we enjoyed the food so much! Just a heads-up: there are quite a few steps leading up to the house, so it might be challenging for elderly guests. That aside, we absolutely loved the place and the peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend!
