Join me for a private Thai curry master class while you are in Bangkok, I will be showing my tips to make Thai curry paste from scratch and finish with different curries of your choice from one curry recipe. I can make it vegan and vegetarian too! A little bit about me: I'm a winner of Thailand MasterChef season 5 (2022) I adapt all my skills from growing up in Bangkok and living in the UK for 20 years and win the judges over with my style of food. I cook authentic Thai food with a twist. I am a true homecook and I often made my dish from scratch however I invented some shortcuts to meet with different ingredients and cooking environment when I live abroad. My cooking studio is where I use to film my cooking video for collaboration works and where I cook my own meal on everyday basis, so you will be treated as my guests in my own home. I will be using blender, pastle and mortar and induction cooker just like when you cook at home, not thing too fancy or too exotic. Basic curry pastes you will be learning are red curry, green curry, Panang curry and southern Thai yellow curry or variations of red curry. From one curry paste recipe I'll be showing few dishes you can make from it to impress your partner or your dinner guests. At the end of the meal we will be sharing some food and stories of your travel and food just like a family dinner.

Would you like to have dinner cooked for you by a Thailand MasterChef winner while you are in Bangkok? If yes, you are welcome to book your dinner with me. You will be seated for dinner in my restaurant, tasting my take on a Thai home cook style with twist. There will be 9 dishes, sharing tasting menu that changed every two months. Some dishes made with chilli so they may be spicy. We serve meat, seafood and shell fish in our dishes, if you have strong food allergies please contact me before booking. We serve minimum of 2 people, but solo travelers are welcome, we could arrange a seat for you. Since it's a sharing concept you may be sharing a table. A bit about me, I hosted Airbnb guests back in 2014-2017, I recently won a MasterChef trophy, but I am still a home cook and still enjoy cooking and sharing stories over a nice meal. I will be cooking for you my style of Thai food from my childhood and food that inspired from my travels and living abroad. There will be some Thai curries, spicy salad and few others. It would not be a complete meal without a dessert, I'm a keen baker and a sweet tooth, if you are lucky you may be testing my new recipe after your meal!
