If you are looking for a place to call ‘home’ while visiting Ubud, this is the right place for you! This place has exceeded my expectations in every single way possible and all you can see on the photos are accurate. Super peaceful area, hidden away in the rice fields but not far away from the town centre , very clean rooms (they get cleaned every day) and beautiful shared outdoor area. And the most important…Ali and his team are exceptional in making sure that all guests are well looked after by helping you out with everything you need. They also offer numerous guided tours and pick up from the Airport. If you are wanting to learn more about Balinese culture / places to visit, Ali is the right person to speak to! I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thanks for everything Ali & Team! 🙏🏼

Communications with Wayan were prompt, courteous and helpful. Note that Wayan speaks and texts in his Indonesian language. On-site house steward "Made" was terrific - he and his staff took care of everything upon arrival and during our stay. Excellent service! The "Villa Wedang Tea" unit was clean, romantic and a bit tropical exotic - with a patio view overlooking the swimming pool and a dense green landscaped rice terrace ravine (not the heavily tourist-trafficed rice terraces). No monkeys. ;-) Breakfast on the patio was the BEST. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Wayan's home. Positive feedback. We hope to return again...!

Nyoman and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The location itself is split into two parts: you have the Japanese style houses with a pool on the one side of the road, and a quiet 3 story house with pool on the other side, where we stayed (in the basement). The pool looked clean, room had an AC which was working well. You’ll get an incredible view on the rice field (and fireflies at night)! Breakfast was also included and tasty. Also cheap scooter rental (80k) but the bikes are quite worn out. The only downside were stained bedsheets/duvets/towels. I would also not use the kitchen utensils - but no one cooks here anyway. Overall I think it is a very nice place and definitely worth the money.

There was a mixup at check-in and we had to be relocated to their other hotel (like 2 minutes away) for the first night, but we liked it so much there that we actually decided to stay! Super cute aesthetic, very nice and attentive staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, etc. we also booked scooters and a boat to Gili through them, and it went very smoothly. No complaints :) A not too far scooter trip to central Ubud. About 15-20 minutes I think, but the location was absolutely gorgeous, so it was worth a little longer ride! We can definitely recommend ~

It was a flight schedule that arrived late, and it was delayed, but they welcomed us without showing any signs of difficulty. They even provided a pick-up service, so I had no difficulty getting to the accommodation even late at night. He took me comfortably to the second accommodation that was nearby. The accommodation operators are all warm and calm like a family. Thanks to you, I spent my first night in Bali safely. Thank you!

Maple House was the perfect location for my solo time in Ubud. The staff are so friendly and sweet, always had a smile to share. The kitchen was a nice touch to cook a few meals on my own, and enjoy in my room or by the pool. I always woke up looking forward to the daily breakfast. My only con with this stay was that a fresh towel was not provided during my 5 nights there, I believe it was expected that I include it with the paid laundry service if I were to use it. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back the next time I’m in Ubud!

Love the view , peacefull ambience , Close to many resto and cafe , the hospitality are top notch! . Definitely will come back !

We’ve stayed at the Rice Joglo a few years ago and it was one of those places you remember forever so we had little hesitation booking again when we came back to Ubud. It’s amongst the rice paddies which is a bit of a walk from Ubud town but such a nice location if you’re looking for peace and being closer to nature (Ubud is very busy and noisy)

Absolute perfection. Such a gorgeous, secluded location close to town but away from the bustle and very generous staff. They helped accommodate rides and were so kind and friendly. All of the animals around the farm are adorable and it was very easy to scooter to and from the joglo. Would definitely stay here again next time in Ubud!

The staff were absolutely lovely and kind. Such a great little spot to unwind in, nestled in amongst rice patties and rainforest. Very quiet too. Great communication, comfortable bed and very affordable. Would stay again if I visited the area in the future.

loved it! lovely family, lovely stay, i will admit i didn’t work out how the aircon worked until the last night regrettably but that’s all my own fault!

I loved my little Bungalow and the Pool

The place is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, very private, with great view. The private pool is amazing and the hot tub too. Im sure you cant get anything better for the amazing price. The host went beyond expectations. They put flowers for us everywhere, something that we didn’t expect. Also they took our laundry to the laundry service nearby. Excellent host, excellent place!!

Absolutely amazing! Booked one night and stayed two it was so relaxing. The sounds of nature were so peaceful. Comfy beds, great aircon. Amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend

A beautiful and quiet place, with a lovely pool and great surroundings. The place is a little deserted, so it's perfect if you just wanted to relax and have peace. Cute staff. Good massage on site. The only thing that pulls down is that breakfast could be better.

After staying in a busier part of central Ubud, we were lucky to stay at Kadek's lovely place. We felt right at home and enjoyed sitting in the front porch with a peaceful garden view. We were not feeling well so we asked him to cook rice porridge for a fee. He was happy to oblige and refused to let us pay. He was available whenever we needed help. Kadek is a super host.

Amazing accommodation with a magnificent view. Extremely welcoming staff. The area is very peaceful and there are several very good restaurants around. I recommend it 100%!
