It is surrounded by everything you need. We felt right at home. Ma'am Tess is very helpful and kind. She attended to eveything that we asked. We will surely book again should we go back. From the moment we first inquired about booking until the day we checked out, the host's/staff's service and responsiveness were absolutely top-notch. Communication was consistently prompt and clear. Any questions/concern we had, big or small, were answered almost immediately, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Beyond their responsiveness, the hospitality of the host and staff was truly top-notch. We felt genuinely welcomed. They were always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with anything we needed, always with a warm smile. We had a great stay with my family and cousins at Casa Maria. It was peaceful and private. Kristine also was very responsive Casa Maria itself was beautiful; although it might be a bit rusty with the doors, that’s normal since it’s very close to the beach. The sunset during our stay was stunning. Although the beach had a lot of seaweed at that time, the locals said it was due to high tide. However, this didn’t hinder our enjoyment, as the sunset was truly beautiful—kind of pinkish and almost unreal. We cleaned up the seaweed since we had kids who loved to swim, and everything went well; they enjoyed the water, and we didn’t encounter any problems.

The place is clean and near the beach 😊. Ate Marj is very approachable and helpful to our needs. Ma’am Rhea is also very responsive to all our queries 😊 We will definitely come back here 😍 💯❤️

This is the best place to stay in Pagudpud! In fact, I’d recommend this over other homestays and hotels in Saud. The host is very accommodating and helpful. The caretakers are hospitable as well. The place is very clean and it smells good. The beach is walkable. There are stores nearby and they don’t overprice. You can also easily go to the town proper of Pagudpud to get more acquainted to the place. The unit is very clean and relaxing. It smells really good. The kitchen has utensils so you can cook your own food. We also loved the sound of birds, it adds to the relaxing ambiance. The internet is superfast, connecting was never a problem. We wanted to stay longer, if not for work calling us back. Definitely, we will be back in this place again with our friends and family. Thank you so much Irene!

We stayed at Agnes’ place just outside of Pagudpud as a family of 9, including several seniors—and it was a wonderful experience. The location was peaceful and close enough to town and nearby attractions, which made day trips easy and convenient. Agnes was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure everyone, especially the seniors in our group, felt comfortable and cared for. The house was clean, spacious, and well-prepared for a big family like ours. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely recommend her place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly stay near Pagudpud!

It’s not often that a place looks like its photos but the home in San Nicolas was exactly as described. It is in a quiet part of the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of the town and this new build house is impressive from every angle. Lots of amenities inside and outside the house. The shaded swimming pool, billiards table and videoke were a particular delights. The house was generously sized inside and the bedrooms were lovely and cool with the A/C. We came at the hottest time of the year and the main room got very warm but lots of electric fans were provided. Our host kept in touch with us throughout and was on hand to answer any queries or sort any issues we had, despite a big time difference which was much appreciated. A free massage was thrown in for my wife and I during our stay which was superb and a lovely gesture. We plan to go back in the future.
