“Socialist Chic Flavor” is one of the three apartments that make up the beautiful Paula’s House, which is located at the prime location of Pile Gates (one of the two entrances to the Dubrovnik Old City). From your window, you will appreciate a complete view of the Old City walls, Lovrijenac (St. Lawrence) and Bokar fortresses, as well as the bell towers of the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Franciscan church and Monastery. Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
