We invite you to a new year-round cottage by the lake. The cottage is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The cottage is located on the lake with direct access to the beach. Water bikes, boats and bicycles are available. A large gazebo with a barbecue kitchen and a smokehouse by the lake. There is a sauna and a banya on site, as well as a rental of tourist bicycles and quads. We accept payment by tourist vouchers

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. In our house, guests have a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (three single beds and one double bed), a living room with a TV and a dining table. The heart of the house is a sunny terrace with a garden and a barbecue area. The property is fenced.
