Beautiful location with a great view and a comfortable porch to enjoy it on. Well stocked, comfortable bed, good water pressure, safe location. It just doesn’t get any better than this.

I had an amazing stay ! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house is peaceful and comfortable, and it’s close to numerous stores so you can get whatever you may need. We didn’t use the kayaks on the dock, but it was nice to have the option to use them if we had wanted to. If you take the walk down the stretch of stairs to the dock, you’ll find that it’s the only dock in the little alcove, which makes it feel pretty secluded. Finally, the internet speed is really great if you need to do some work, play games, etc. Maureen was also very helpful, communicative, and accommodating to our individual situation.

We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was just as described, very close to Downtown Athens. Also has a beautiful backyard and that was great for our pups. Will definitely be staying here again!

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

We loved this house and exploring the town of Helen. Great gated community close to town and hiking trails. The house was clean and well equipped. Beds were a little firm for our taste, but to each their own. We saw a family of bears by the front porch one afternoon. That was pretty cool, especially since we were indoors 😉

Such a beautiful home and place. We enjoyed the stay! The pool was by far our favorite just wish we had better weather to enjoy it further. Great customer service. We accidentally set the fire alarm off one night and she didn’t hesitate to message to make sure everything was okay.

The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was a highlight-perfect for relaxing and fun for the kids. The location was great, and Teresa and Micheal were welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again! This was our first time visiting Helen, and we had a wonderful experience. We fell in love with the city and all the activities it offers. We’ll definitely be back again.

The camper was very clean and the porch was a great addition. It was a perfect location for myself, two kids and our dog. The amenities of the resort were great - my kids loved the waterslide. The location of the resort is great as well - very close to hiking, Helen, grocery stores and restaurants (the on site diner was closed while we were there). Donna was very helpful and responsive with any questions. If you go in the summer, bring a portable fan if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout couches - they also weren't the comfiest, but were a great option. Thanks Donna!

Loved the Treetop. What a view! Perfect for the 2 of us and a friend. We had separate bathrooms. Beds were comfy and lots of towels. Everything was provided , including paper towels and all things for the kitchen. Dale thought of everything, even recommending Cowboys & Angels for dinner. Would love to come back to Helen again,

My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

If you are looking for a place that isn’t in the hustle and bustle, but still close to a major highway, this is your spot. It’s a very quiet and relaxing location and the house is wonderful.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The host was very polite and I would most definitely stay here again.

pics of this bnb do not do this place justice.. this RV is soooo much better then what the pics reflect. everything was amazing I would definitely return if in the area in future... the bed is amazing it's a sleep number bed in a RV!!... AN RV!! so comfy!! the RV has a ton of move around space and is nicely furnished without clutter. full functional kitchen with stove eyes, oven, microwave/oven, stainless steel sink extremely hot water and lots of water pressure with well water plumbing throughout so no harsh chemical in water. there is good size TV in both the family area of the RV and also in the one bedroom. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a stand-up shower. but to top it off the outdoors is amazing and Abby does a great job of providing you everything you need to enjoy the outdoors at this B&B don't pass this place up it's definitely worth it.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming log cabin! It was the perfect cozy spot to unplug for the weekend. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with fresh linens and comfy furniture. We loved exploring Downtown Gainesville and even took a fun day trip to Dahlonega. A peaceful and inviting getaway—highly recommend!

Clean and easy to check in. Very comfortable beds! Very very responsive host! We had an issue that was not any fault of theirs and they went over and above to help remedy it.

Loads of character, bright and cheery. Host was super friendly and stocked the place with snacks and drinks. Very clean with plenty of towels and linens. Love all the farm animals. Great place to bring your dog with plenty space to roam.
