“Rinio was an amazing host. The apartment is the best choice someone can do when visiting Bansko. The view is amazing and the access to the hotel facilities great. We definitely will visit again. Tip: keep in mind that whatever gets charged extra in the hotel (bar,restaurant,spa etc.) should be paid on the spot since the reservation credit card details are not used for extra room charges, we did not know in advance and were notified after our departure that we have debt at the reception of the hotel, they could not actually charge the card of the reservation even though they could put these extras as a room charge. Although we had this issue after our departure, Rinio was very helpful all along this communication even though she was not responsible for this misunderstanding.”
Ideally located chalet on a quiet street only 5 minutes on foot from the gondola ski lift offering a little escape from the everyday, which was exactly our goal in creating a relaxing space for our guests. The villa is available for exclusive use and you have the whole place to yourselves.
“Arrived in Bansko on Tuesday 28 February as a party of 12 for a friends and family holiday. Booked Villa Kaja for our stay and was so happy we did. It has got everything a large group could want. All 5 bedrooms are en suite so lots of privacy and the basement area is a very large communal area. The private sauna is a treat after 6/7 hours every day skiing and a great way to unwind. Has lots of great features around the Villa and is close to shops and bars and the Old Town. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Gondola too. Took a firestick with us which worked at treat too. Anyone looking for a large group Villa would do well to find a better place/location in Bansko. Would 100% recommend. The host Frosina met us on arrival and when we left at 1.30 in the morning a week later also took the time to wish us farewell. Very friendly and accommodating host”

“Very convenient place for any kind of stay. Very close to the exit towards the mountain and 5 minutes walk to the center of the town. Free parking on place and on the street, free tv and wifi. The host offers a rich breakfast for additional payment, which I highly recommend. The host is very kind and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and maintained daily.”
